I visited once. Tables were dirty, floor was dirty. Iced tea was good. Place was just disheveled. Sandwich was decent. I was desperate and in hurry.The had 2 staff and what appeared to be a manager on duty.

Terrible customer service, poorly made food, and they can never get an order right when you order off the app, but yet treat you like it’s your fault. I’ll keep my money and make sandwiches at home from now on, would not recommend supporting this Chanute establishment.

Stopped by to get subs for supper. A young girl with red hair waited on my boyfriend. The young girl was the only one out front working her butt off. The other 2 workers were hiding in the back doing nothing. She apologized for the wait. My boyfriend gave her a tip for her hard work. To the other workers you could have gotten this tip if you weren't hiding from doing your job. I hope management sees this review

I can't believe how expensive it is for a sandwich, and now the employees have a drive thru and call ins that are placed IN FRONT of you when you are standing there to order... Bad form subway..Don't get me started on the bread, it was so tough and crumbled all over.. and don't order anything with a special sauce such as Aoli because they are probably out or in my case she didn't even know what i was referring to.. wow $70 worth of disappointment
Absolutely the worst subway I’ve ever been too 2 different people remade my sandwich and both times were wrong and terrible oh and if you want cheese on your sandwich you better show up and tell the 20 times also never got cheese on my second sandwich out of 4 sandwiches not a single one was made correctly 2 pieces of meat and absolutely no cheese on every one
