I am so impressed by how clean this subway is. The manager Sabrina was so polite and friendly. My food was terrific. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I saw a review left leaving one star and as I was present that day I figured I'd come give 5 stars. I've never had my sandwhich made wrong never dealt with rude employees or witnesses them for that matter. The reveiw I'm talking about she states he slammed her samdwhichs together (was not true yes he was going fast because sandwhichs are supposed to be fast) He did not make her order wrong as she told him what she wanted on it and that's exactly what he did! She also doesn't mention this but while she was there she tried to steal a beverage from the beverage cooler and got mad when it was on her ticket. Overall this is a friendly place for subs made fast!

Probably the worst service I have dealt with since visiting this town, the guy making my 3 sandwiches was slamming stuff into the sandwiches as I asked for items as if it was an inconvenience to him. My sandwich was sloppy and wrong and I definitely won’t bring my business back here again. If it wouldn’t have been for my 6 year old being hungry I would have just told him forget it and walked out.

Went through the drive thru and paid afterwards they told me everything they didn’t have and I only had the option of substituting they did not offer a refund. Didn’t ring up my girlfriend’s chips and drinks then made us pay another ticket for their mistake. Worker also told us they make their cookies every three to four days instead of daily.

I want to start off with saying subway is great and the young lady that had made my sandwich didn’t do anything wrong. I went in a little more than an hour before close and for some reason there were no black olives or pretzels or the footlong cookies. I wanted rotisserie style chicken and maybe this is what Chanute calls rotisserie but in my mind it’s not strips of chicken. Now bless her heart but the young lady had a bleeding nose ring and working with blood everyday that just doesn’t sit right with me to be around food with a nose like that. I understand wanting to close and get home worked in fast food when I was young but it I upsetting when you go in more than an hour before close and things are gone because people want to go home. Now I’m from Topeka so maybe things are done differently here than there stg is review might be irrelevant. But overall the food tasted amazing just wished I could’ve gotten what I wanted.

I work for doordash running the cash register order was coming up and she gave it to me I'm sitting here at the table waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting I waited 28 minutes and the whole time she put the order at the end of the line on the other side and just sit there in just a minute that makes me late to my place to go to give it to the customer waited and have those minutes was the meal was already made at the other end just sitting there

I dont want to be rude but the girl who made our two sandwiches today took almost 30 minutes to complete our order. We only had two sandwiches , no other orders or customers there. After she finished our sandwhiches we asked for a pretzel and churro which seemed to upset her because she just gave us a look and turned around to start on those. There were 3 employees in the building, she was the only one who served us and she just seemed to have an attitude.. not to mention she barely put anything on our sandwiches so they are a little depressing.

Every time I eat here they mess up my sandwiches, literally every time without fail, they are always the same sandwiches as well. Today for example they forgot to put ALL the toppings on one of my sandwiches and the forgot the sause on the other. The employee said that they were both new and just super busy, which is understandable, we asked to speak with the manager in which she then informs to us there is no manager today. Which I thought was beyond crazy why is there 2 new employees who barely know what they are doing running a entire fast food restaurant by themselves.
