I waited at the drive thru window for at least 10 minutes before being greeted even though one of the girls working made eye contact with me more than once. The wrap I ordered was not wrapped well at all and fell apart as soon as I picked it up. It wasn’t cut in half either.

We go here at-least once a week, the service is always great! Today specifically there was only 2 employees doing everything, the online orders, prep, in store orders, the phones were ringing, the person making our sandwiches answered the phone while making our food and immediately charged her gloves before continuing on making our food which I appreciated so much! Definitely one of the best subways around.

I went to subway today and I will have to say I'm very disappointed with them. I ordered from the drive thru and yes it was a long wait which I was understanding because there was a lot of people that were there. But I had a very simple sandwich it was a cold sandwich and they didn't even make it right.

My son and I eat at the Chanute Subway once every two weeks and we love the girls that work in there! He has built a bond with one the girls as they realized they share a birthday. She is always so sweet! They’re always happy to serve us, quick and polite! Our food is always good and fresh.

I saw a review left leaving one star and as I was present that day I figured I'd come give 5 stars. I've never had my sandwhich made wrong never dealt with rude employees or witnesses them for that matter. The reveiw I'm talking about she states he slammed her samdwhichs together (was not true yes he was going fast because sandwhichs are supposed to be fast) He did not make her order wrong as she told him what she wanted on it and that's exactly what he did! She also doesn't mention this but while she was there she tried to steal a beverage from the beverage cooler and got mad when it was on her ticket. Overall this is a friendly place for subs made fast!
