Took a computer in to have a new hard drive installed. Upon receiving it back, and getting it turned back on, was so happy to see that EVERYTHING from the old hard drive was perfectly copied over. There was absolutely no need to do anything. We are completely happy with the service we have always received from these great people. And, bonus. These guys are AWESOME! I took my computer in for repairs (I knew what was wrong, but didn't have time to mess with it.) They took care of the problems for me. I knew it would take hours to do, and they kept at it. I was shocked to get the bill! MUCH less than I expected! I've worked for a computer repair store in the city and Total Tech's prices are incredibly low for what they do. Very much recommend!
My son recently went in there with a computer issue. They were very professional and were able to quickly fix the problem. I would definitely recommend them and will use them for any future issues that we may have.
