Went on 19Feb2024 around 1pm and had the rudest, curt, person take our order. Hardly let me say anything, constantly cut me off and after she ended the order and told me the price, she still had the mic open and heard me complain and my companion say let's just go, then she came back on and said, "Did you want something else?" All syrupy, probably so I wouldn't report her. She needs retrained. The person who brought the food out was very sweet and I tipped her, it wasnt much, and I really hope she didn't share it with the person that took the order.

Delicious food, main problem is with the slushes though, workers don't mix up slushie enough, resulting in a half ice cup and a half actually flavoured cup. Overall good though, delicious 10/10 fries. Love coming

Sonic Drive In is appropriately named because you won't be driving away with food anytime soon. Came in right before 6 pm and left with cold food around 6:47 pm. 25 minute wait to even have my order taken. If its going to take forever for food at the very least it could be hot.

The orders are almost always incorrect only a very few of the menu boards are actually in working order have been this way for months the outside has been painted but the boards remain un functional

Normally I would say that it was really bad service, but to be bad implies that you exist. The service here was nonexistent. Several cars were behind me in the drive-thru (I was at the speaker) and we all ended up leaving after ~10 minutes of no one acknowledging us.After reading the other reviews about the food it would seem that they actually might have done us a favor. My goodness. This place needs a major overhaul.

I'm very disappointed in the clay center Sonic I showed up there at 9:50 they told me it was closed. So I looked on Google it says they don't close till 10:00 they didn't give me no reason why they closed early.

The service is generally slow and even on particularly slow nights you still receive stuff like this. There is absolutely no way the cook didn’t see this and put the food in the wrapper anyways.

Ordered food a couple weeks ago through drive through. Pulled up to pay. They handed us food and closed the door after saying have a nice day. Didn’t ask for card or anything. Didn’t even read our total back to us. So we assumed someone paid for our meal.Well TODAY I go to grab lunch. Lady brings out my meal and gets real snotty asking if we owned a certain vehicle then proceeded to say we ran out on $35 worth of food because our card was declined. BUT AGAIN THEY NEVER ASKED FOR OUR CARD/CASH at the drive through. So please explain how it’s our fault? I even asked for proof and the “manager” refused to give any. I’ll gladly pay for what’s mine. But you will not be nasty and treat a customer the way you did today. PERIOD!

After pulling into 4 different stalls, I finally found one that worked. However the 10 minute wait for a response after pushing the button prompted me to move to the drive thru lane where another 15 minute wait pursued only for me to leave empty
