Sonic used to advertise, "Service at the speed of sound"! They can't do that anymore!!
The product is OK. It's irritating to have to wait 10 minutes on an ice cream cone and a cherry limeade slush.

Please explain... If I order ahead of time through the app. Come to a mobile pickup spot, NOBODY ELSE in the parking lot, WHY does it take 15 minutes for me to still get my order? AND still got my order wrong!!!
Went again yesterday, overdone fries and they were cold. Which for some reason I'm use to getting cold fries from there.... Have a photo but can't post it for some reason.... The fries are NEVER hot ....

7.99 meal, fries too salty, hamburger sauce too much, messy, small shake lid came off lifting it and dripped all over, filled too full. Hamburger was tasty but messy. Clay Center Kansas
