It the $20 Fill Up box and it took them five minutes to fill the order( not busy), manager sampling food in front of customers, chicken was dry and fries rubbery. Had not been to that KFC for years because of poor quality of service and food but was told it was under new management. It will be years before we do business with this store. One good thing was the help was very friendly!
I went with my sister and grandparents to eat at this location walking in the place wasn’t busy but the employees were just standing around not doing anything to clean the place was very unclean the floors were dirty and there was lots pieces of trash littered on the floor the service was average when we went to sit down there was a bad odor at the table so we moved they took a long time to get the food and when it did come it was average there weren’t very many fry’s with...read full review
