We were passing thru on a road trip and found this hidden gem, this place is to die for! Absolutely delicious, they know exactly what they are doing. Great food, great people.
Don't be fooled by the small truck because this food has got BIG flavor. I moved from SoCal to Cleveland and haven't had good tacos in a while. On my trek back across the country, I found this truck by chance. It has 5 stars for all the right reasons. The tacos were phenomenal. I only got the al pastor tacos, but they were amazing. The menu had enough to want to try everything but wasn't overwhelming with too many items to choose from. It's definitely worth the short side quest off the I70. Enjoy

We found this delicious food truck on a google search while traveling thru. The owner was super friendly, and the food was plentiful and delicious! Highly recommend! Since it was 90 degrees out and she only has a couple picnic tables in an unshaded parking lot, she was kind enough to point us to a small park with a few shaded tables maybe 1/4 mile away. It was perfect!

We ordered the sopes and the chicken tacos!!!! The sauce on the sopes had outstanding flavor and their green/red hot sauces added perfect flavor/heat to the tacos!!! Omg this place is a diamond, little hidden diamond in Kolby Kansas and we found it!!! Very good authentic food and sweet people cooking the food!!!! Lupe and her husband got it going in! Get there or be square! If you like fresh authentic food with authentic flavor this is a must do!
