My white mocha had chunks in it. I've been going here for years and have never had this happen until this morning.
I was there a day ago, at approximately 11am. I ordered a jade citrus mint tea, made with lemonade, and real honey. The cashier politely asked his shift lead where it was located. She rolled her eyes while walking past and said,” I don’t know.” Watching her attitude literally turned me off. I’d already been standing there awhile so I politely asked for a refund.
