Priscilla, who took my order, was absolutely delightful! Then I waited 15 min for my coffee and one guy that was suppose to be a barista could not do the job. Thanks to Maddie, who came flying into work, whipped out my coffee in like 3 minutes and actually made five drinks while the guy made one. She had a lovely smile and great attitude plus the ability to knock out the lattes! Thank you Priscilla and Maddie! Keep up the excellent job!
I have never been a fan of Starbucks, but during a rest stop on our way east my daughter had an issue with her drink that was not SB's fault. Yet the barista, Priscilla, immediately and cheerfully took care of the problem instead of having me do it, like I offered, and she made a new drink for free, though I offered to pay. It was even a large instead of the tall my daughter had originally. We so appreciated this kindness during a rough trip!

We stopped for a Starbucks, then we spent an hour playing fetch at the surprise dog park!The drink was hot, tasty, and accurate. A place to mobile order and pick up was conveniently close to the door (vs. line of customers and the barista counter) so I cannot necessarily speak to the service. Those stars go to the atmosphere rating because of the dog park!
