“We stopped on our way home to Salina,Ks from Colorado. The service was fantastic and the food was amazing. I would say this was the best Mexican food I have eaten. When we go past Colby again this will definitely be a stopping point for us!!“

“We found this place looking on Yelp for a.Colby (I-70) lunch stop…NEVER would have just stumbled across it. It was a gem of a home-cooking style cafe!! Attentive service and such satisfying food! I had the mushroom Swiss burger. Cooked med-rare as requested and served on a special tasty bun (Hawaiian-roll type?). I was glad I went with onion rings (YUM!) instead of French fries for a $2 upcharge. Husband had the 1/2 order (60+) chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes & gravy and a homestyle dinner roll, with included iced tea. He loves his chicken fried steak and was very happy with this one. Prices were reasonable too. We were there about 1:00 on Saturday, and the tables were about 80% filled. Highly recommend!“
