My boyfriend introduced me to this place and since then, every time I visit him in Concordia, it has become my favorite place to stop for coffee. Even more than that, I enjoy the warm and friendly atmosphere that Shad and Amber have created. The first day I met Shad, he shared with me about the mission (and testimonies) behind Coffeehouse and all the effort that goes into building the Teens for Christ ministry. This is a beautiful old house being changed room by room into a wonderful community gathering spot that has appeal to many ages. The teens and I played a game, while several other people were visiting in an adjoining room. Has such a nice homey feeling. Relax and enjoy a cup of Java! Or tea.
