The service was basically awful. The drive thru attendant does not listen to the message conveyed regarding the order from the customer. My order was simple. I presented 2 coupons that I recently received in the mail from DQ. It took them 15-20 minutes to finally get the final bill right. They did not put lids on my blizzard order and my stack burgers were cold by the time I got home. I will not return to the Concordia Dairy Queen.
Utterly terrible service. Waited 45 minutes for a mobile order and finally gave up and left. They run as smoothly as a pig on stilts. It’s called fast food…not wait 45 minutes to be ignored. Also watched them warming up food in the microwave while I waited which was interesting. I hope they enjoyed the free money from the order I abandoned after waiting forever. They will not be getting another dime from me. 0/10 wouldn’t even recommend to an enemy.
