Ordered online, food still took 20 minutes after arriving to get done. Cheese curds were under done, mushy and tasted of grease. Burger bun was cold and very dense. After getting our order I had to go back in to get the second burger of our order. Got down the road and realized they forgot my daughter's milk and dessert also. Will be a long time before I'm desperate enough to go back to this or any dairy queen.

I order the hot fudge Sunday, I received it with fudge on the bottom of the cup with a small bit of ice cream on the top. Disappointed!

My husband and I ordered a large dipped cone. What we received was definitely NOT a large. The ice cream filled the center of the cone and then straight up not touching the top edges of the cone like advertised. The ice cream was about 2 inches high above the cone. We used to get cones there in the past and were satisfied with the “large” size. I don’t know if the teenagers working there were new employees or if they were taught to rip off the customers. To say the least, we were very disappointed.

The food was really not good. Burgers were barely edible and onion rings were extra crunchy and flavorless

Had the $7 chicken meal for lunch on the way to K-State on Thursday. The chicken was perfect and the fries were hot. Wife had a blizzard that also was good. Service was great and food was 👍.
I would suggest you teach the boys you have working there a little manners and personality!!! They seem to go along way in this type of business!! They are very rude. Customer service is everything.!!!! Explains why there’s no one there and your workers are standing around doing nothing but eating
