I have given this place 2nd and 3rd chances, in the past, but after my last experience here I will never bring my business here again. I like pizza with extra cheese, and EVERY SINGE TIME I order my pizza with extra cheese it’s ALWAYS undercooked. I’ve told them over the phone to cook it for longer and make sure it’s fully cooked, I’ve put it in the notes for my online orders, and when I get the undercooked pizza, I’ve called and told them extra cheese pizzas need to be cooked longer, I declined to be given discounts or free food because I just want what I order to be done right. Just this evening I again received an under cooked pizza despite including extra cook time in my online order instructions, so I will never be back.

Service was nonexistent, management brought us no plates then when we asked for some they brought 3 for 4 of us and screamed at us for grabbing one from behind the counter .sorry thought it was OK since the kid was just running around unsupervised and I couldn't get anyone to help us. Thank you Zoe 029798 for setting an example of how not to manage a business.Will be surprised if this pizza hut is not out of business in a year .

We were there waiting yesterday for 1 1/2 hours for a pizza and then a party comes in and they took them right away after being in the heat and wanting something refreshing this was ridiculous and they just ignored us the whole time there totally unacceptable
