Made an order around 11 to be picked up at 11:30. Arrived to find about 15 people crammed in the hallway who had been waiting for overdue orders. Overwhelmed kitchen staff left most of us in suspense while we waited. I left after about 20 min without my order.

Ok, I will start with I love Goodcents. I consider s----- a bad word. Google maps has intentionally omitted this location because it has been here for a while and I drive PAST Desoto all the time while searching for something to eat. Nonetheless I have to give this location 2 stars. Get rid of the kiosk and emphasizing online or app purchases. I had to wait to get employee attention for ordering, (there's a button for service). I've never seen a button for service in a goodcents. No fountain drinks. For me to give my order verbally was a difficult task for the staff. The manager spoke poor English and there were NO hot subs at 5:30 pm on a Friday. It closes at 6 pm on weekdays and is closed all weekend. No dine in.
Bottom line, they should change the name to something else. I could be more forgiving if it was a true mom and pops and not some poor excuse for a corporate store. Stop ruining the Goodcents name.

You took the personality out of your business no counter worker only able to order by machine if you use cash then forget about it you must use a card to pay. Never returning!

Was going to come here but read about the kiosk experience in another review. I don't use those things. I don't understand the point of them. As a society are we just trying to keep people from interacting with each other? Haven't they provided numerous times that people become depressed without human interaction? Maybe that's what big pharma wants, everyone to be on antidepressants. I mean big pharma practically has control of the government anyways. It's too bad I like goodcents too.

My husband got me a sandwich yesterday and it was hands down one of the best I've had in years. My only complaint is that it's closed on weekends, which to me is absurd. With few options in desoto, it would be nice to be able to order on weekends since a lot of us work and would rather chew off an arm than go to McDonald's or taco bell
