I've never had so many orders messed up at one place in my life. Have tried 3 seperate times of the day PRAYING a competent worker will be on duty. The one time I did have someone halfway decent, his fingernails reached outside the window a good 2 seconds before his hand did. Am served cold fries every single time but have to wait 5 minutes for my food to begin with. There's not even an attempt to put old fries back down in the fryer at least to make them warm again.

I used to be a regular at this location (it's between my home and my workplace) About 3 years back, they had a complete change in workforce from the top down, and the culture has completely changed. The drive thru speaker has been broken for over a year, and nobody has bothered to fix it (they'll turn you away and refuse service if you accidentally pull up on the left drive thru, only the right one works and their workers will ignore anyone who pulls up on the left side) Note to management: If you're not gonna bother to fix your left speaker, just cone it off so people stop trying to use it! It's THAT simple! This has been an issue for over a year, if you're not keeping up with maintenance, maybe you should close down?

Closed 40 minutes early on a sunday night. Very disappointing after placing a mobile order. Definitely lost me as a customer after i sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes trying to create a mobile order just to go through the lit up drive through to be completely turned away an hour before said close.

This place is a clown show. They got my order wrong and then pretty much accused me of trying to get something for free when they were trying to give me the wrong order. Horrible service hateful too. Might be a cultural barrier that I feel the hostility, maybe it wasn't meant but it sure feels like hostility. And once again I felt sick after I ate it.
Ordered a big mac, d quarter pounder with cheese and medium fries. Got home with no big mac.also had to wait 15 minutes in the drive through. Not good.

No one was working, and I ordered with no pickle. Told me to move forward. Waiting on fries. Wasn't true. Held me up because I ordered no pickle. A special order. How I know the fries were passed to the customers behind me in line. I've eaten here before, and it was one of the accurate, detailed, orientated McDonald's. Hey, let's get it together. You hour a raise. Stop standing around. Lol. It's really a better place than it showed tonight.
