Very helpful employees, everyone was working hard!
No one was working, and I ordered with no pickle. Told me to move forward. Waiting on fries. Wasn't true. Held me up because I ordered no pickle. A special order. How I know the fries were passed to the customers behind me in line. I've eaten here before, and it was one of the accurate, detailed, orientated McDonald's.
Hey, let's get it together. You hour a raise. Stop standing around. Lol. It's really a better place than it showed tonight.
For fast good, the food was good. No issues. Bathrooms a bit dirty. Minus a couple stars because you know the staff isn't paid well enough for a mega corporation.

The drive thru emotes was RUDE. When I talked to the Manager, Vanessa, no apology. She was actually sarcastic & sparky. I only ordered a fish sandwich & a drink - wrong drink. No napkins with a fish sandwich & rude employee & Manager!

Long waits in the drive thru. You will always have to pull around while they make the food.
It never fails, after a long day of work ands needing to travel to my job and back home, this particular McDonald’s location will ALWAYS have something missing from your order. Half the time they can’t remember the sauce that’s supposed to go with your nuggets. I’ve only been in De Soto for a year and they seem to still not be Able to get anything right. Just go to the Taco Bell. Prices are better and I have not had a single messed up order from Taco Bell in De Soto since I’ve been here. 2 stars to McDonald’s for at least getting food out… might not be the right food… but it’s food.
Service is ass because the managers have no accountability for their employees mishaps. I tell them the order was missing items or have what I payed for and they don’t even apologize. They just try to rush you out.
Ordered 2 steak egg and cheese bagels. Sub the folded for scrambled.
They charge to subs eggs which is obsurd and greedy asf taking advantage of bird flu surcharges.
But the kicker is they took one piece of steak and tore it up and divided one steak among two bagels.
When I asked for it remade I watched the staff literally do the exact same thing again! When I told them to stop and make it proper the female manager in charge insisted it was two pieces and I'm like of course it is now, the guy just split it in two while I watched!!! She continued to argue so I got a refund and left.
Is this an equal opertunity employer because there were no black or white employees??
Food was cold after I got it and I'm not sure who it was but a voice was a little aggressive when I asked a question about the toys for happy meals
