Stupid expensive. It shouldn't cost 20 bucks for a shitty lunch. Also they make you use very laggy and time consuming kiosks.

The so called new manager thinks that by reducing the food quantity its going to turn this nasty place around . I just order3d a cantina chicken bowl with Xtra meat and I got a tray halfway full with supposedly 3 scoops of chicken. I had dealt with waiting over 10 minutes because their employees retaliated for not ordering from self-service screen alos dealt with nasty employees attitude, I dint even said a word I just left the food on their drink table . Its not worth the headache asking for my money bavk they will try to bribe me with a free taco. Please if you ha e more time just go somewhere else this place in Desoto Kansas is not worth it or good food for that matter.

All 4 of my tacos were cold, my chicken quesadilla was cold. The only thing that was even hot was my Carmel apple empanada. Could have gotten better food for $20 somewhere else.

The past two times I visited this Taco Bell the staff has been so friendly and polite. When they accidentally forgot to bring out chips with my order they very apologetic (even though they didn’t need to be) and gave me some cinnamon twists along with the chips.

Order a number 9 ask for sour cream to be add to Mexican pizza and like always i check because it's a add on there was no sour cream told to guy to add it he said it was on there im not blind there was clearly nothing white on top after a lil back and forth he finally add some so first problem corrected but boy when I got to my apartment the chalupa was hard as a brick so hard I couldn't even eat it this my second time at this location and neither was great I will not be dining at this location ever again tell it say under new magenment on the sign and the picture is what he add after I said there was not any sour cream on there

When people order the box combos, offer them a bag to carry the food in. If it’s multiple box orders, automatically put them in a bag. It’s hard to carry multiple box orders and drinks at the same time.
This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The staff seems totally incompetent. Tried to put in an online order at 8:30p and it tells you it's too close to closing time? When you get here Inside, the touch screen is either extremely over sensitive or not sensitive at all. Chips and Nacho cheese, The inside of the cheese container looks like somebody PAINTED the cheese on it with a brush! That's how thin the coating is. When you complain they belittle you and tell you that you only get two pumps. When the pump is broken, they're too dense to even recognize it! They encourage you to pay $1.75 for another EMPTY cheese cup. I try to NEVER go to this Taco Bell but, unfortunately, it's right next to Panasonic. If you happen to have the time, you are much better off going to the Mexican restaurant across the street.

I went through the drive-thru at happy hour because they advertised dollar drinks when I got there they charged me full price for the drinks and when I asked him about it they said yeah it's still happy hour but did not give me the dollar price I was charged full price I want a refund

I was the only one in the drive-thru and it took 7 minutes to get my 2 easy items. Asked for lots of sauce and was given 4. Never again.

A rare Taco Bell experience: An edit after having an order mishap. I ended up to receiving my order, instead somebody else's. I always check before I leave, and I noticed it was completely different. I drove around and explained it and they were quick to realise their mistake. They told me to keep the other order, gave me my order, and also gave me 2 free soft taco coupons. If you just confront a mistake with kindness and no attitude, I guarantee this Taco Bell will make up for their rare mistake. I have never been this satisfied with a Taco Bell, 10/10 As an avid Taco Bell fan, this place is holding up the standard. They take care with their orders and make sure to provide exactly what you asked for. This is what it looks like when they do things by the book.

On a COLD snowy day with four teenagers staying at our home, where else would they want to go but Taco Bell? This was our first time to visit the DeSoto Taco Bell and we were very pleased. The food was good, restaurant was clean, and the friendly staff (especially Alma and the Manager) took good care of our family.
