When people order the box combos, offer them a bag to carry the food in. If it’s multiple box orders, automatically put them in a bag. It’s hard to carry multiple box orders and drinks at the same time.

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The staff seems totally incompetent. Tried to put in an online order at 8:30p and it tells you it's too close to closing time? When you get here Inside, the touch screen is either extremely over sensitive or not sensitive at all. Chips and Nacho cheese, The inside of the cheese container looks like somebody PAINTED the cheese on it with a brush! That's how thin the coating is. When you complain they belittle you and tell you that you only get two pumps. When the pump is broken, they're too dense to even recognize it! They encourage you to pay $1.75 for another EMPTY cheese cup. I try to NEVER go to this Taco Bell but, unfortunately, it's right next to Panasonic. If you happen to have the time, you are much better off going to the Mexican restaurant across the street.

I went through the drive-thru at happy hour because they advertised dollar drinks when I got there they charged me full price for the drinks and when I asked him about it they said yeah it's still happy hour but did not give me the dollar price I was charged full price I want a refund

I was the only one in the drive-thru and it took 7 minutes to get my 2 easy items. Asked for lots of sauce and was given 4. Never again.

A rare Taco Bell experience: An edit after having an order mishap. I ended up to receiving my order, instead somebody else's. I always check before I leave, and I noticed it was completely different. I drove around and explained it and they were quick to realise their mistake. They told me to keep the other order, gave me my order, and also gave me 2 free soft taco coupons. If you just confront a mistake with kindness and no attitude, I guarantee this Taco Bell will make up for their rare mistake. I have never been this satisfied with a Taco Bell, 10/10 As an avid Taco Bell fan, this place is holding up the standard. They take care with their orders and make sure to provide exactly what you asked for. This is what it looks like when they do things by the book.

On a COLD snowy day with four teenagers staying at our home, where else would they want to go but Taco Bell? This was our first time to visit the DeSoto Taco Bell and we were very pleased. The food was good, restaurant was clean, and the friendly staff (especially Alma and the Manager) took good care of our family.

Was told to this was appropriate serving size and berated in front of other customers, saying there was too many people in line for a remake; after I had already waited for 20 min. Taco bell at its lowest again...update 12/14/24 This place is consistently gross from raw food to missing items. The only thing they serve on a regular basis is food poisoning. Go anywhere else....update 1.25.25. Raw chicken in chicken dippers and no lettuce in tacos. Excuse was that the new manager didn't speak English...she should know how to make a taco at least and not serve RAW Chicken...

Asked for two items to be fresco style, meaning all dairy ingredients are removed and a pico style salsa is added. Employee did not remove the cheese from the burrito, it melted and is impossible to remove without tossing out a significant portion of the filling. I cannot eat dairy so this was not ideal. Please inform the employees at this location about what fresco style entails.

The team at the Taco Bell in De Soto are top notch! I arrived VERY close to their closing time and they welcomed me with a smile! Made my food and thanked me for dining with them! Excellent service, great people!

Person on drive thru was very rude when taking our order and sounded very displeased for no reason. Also when I checked the receipt the person working the windows did not have the same name as on the receipt.
