The past two times I visited this Taco Bell the staff has been so friendly and polite. When they accidentally forgot to bring out chips with my order they very apologetic (even though they didn’t need to be) and gave me some cinnamon twists along with the chips.
A rare Taco Bell experience: An edit after having an order mishap. I ended up to receiving my order, instead somebody else's. I always check before I leave, and I noticed it was completely different. I drove around and explained it and they were quick to realise their mistake. They told me to keep the other order, gave me my order, and also gave me 2 free soft taco coupons. On a COLD snowy day with four teenagers staying at our home, where else would they want to go but Taco Bell? This was our first time to visit the DeSoto Taco Bell and we were very pleased. The food was good, restaurant was clean, and the friendly staff (especially Alma and the Manager) took good care of our family.
