Mostly order to-go here. Had a weird thing happen with my recent order. My husband and I each got a side salad. His Caesar had the right dressing but mine definitely didn't look like a lemon oil vinegret. I kid you not, I tasted it and it was CREAM CHEESE FROSTING. I suppose I feel bad for the poor guy that may have got my dressing with his dessert! Just glad I didn't put it on my salad or it would have been inedible.

Don't ever order car side or pickup. The staff thinks its ok to forget items or to be out of items (bread sticks this day) and not refund me but instead give a $10 off card. Why would I wanna come back after this? Refund is the appropriate action...
This isn't the first time either. I tell my wife I don't want to order applebees because they forget things and seem upset I mention it. Today was the last time I'm ever ordering applebees again. Good luck to all those whom don't heed the warning.

Avoid the Derby Kansas Applebees! We got the 2 for $25 deal and the pasta chicken was trash. The noodles had obviously been cooked a minimum of 5 hours prior and allowed to dry out. They were not edible in the least. The waiter was horrified and swapped it for the oriental salad which had wilted lettuce but we ate it even though it was subpar because up until now we haven’t ever complained about food that wasn’t very good. At the end we find that they added $12.99 to the bill for the salad even though we only had one bite of the rubber pasta and it was traded out. I had to track down the manager behind the wall because she wouldn’t come fix the bill because she was too busy with “more important” customers, her words, to fix my bill and stayed in the kitchen the remainder of the time we were there. After 15 minutes I corrected the bill myself and left the correct amount of cash. This place can only make a decent burger and onion rings. Avoid everything else on the menu or go to the Andover or Wichita Applebees unless you enjoy trash food and disrespect. This experience was bad enough to put us off the entire chain. Time will tell.

Service is good. It's Applebee's man, got the Ribeye, it was terrible as I expected it to be. That's Applebee's, they have a mark, and they usually hit it. So if you want Applebee's, then this is an Applebee's, expect Applebee's.

The person who was running the to go was absolutely horrible. He was making me over the phone because I placed a doordash order for pickup and didn't know what to do. Because I was picking it up myself and not a driver I tried to explain to him about it and he was literally acting like a school kid mimicking me.

This location is hit or miss with food and service. It's has kind of a rundown and sad vibe. The wait times for food is generally very long and the quality is just "ok". I would go back...but it's definitely not my first choice.

I'm 23, the bar tender asked to see my ID twice, and the bartender made the comment "god damn" when we put our alcohol order in like she didn't want to do her job. The waitress was ok, but the guy seating people was really weird and kept bothering us. Boss was super rude, too. I suggest going to wichita for applebees

Went on a Saturday night. Sat at the bar. Listened to bar tender be rude to other customers about saving money on the bill and talked down to them for not understanding. Forgot the drinks they ordered with food. Forgot utensils when delivering the other customers' food. when asked by other customers, food got mad and made the drink that was missing and still didn't bring utensils. 15/20 mins has passed, and we are told she will be back after fixing something. In the back. Comes back and starts to take new customers drink order. We asked for our bill and left looking for dinner elsewhere. Normally not this kind of experience from here. But even us leaving, she showed us how upset she was in general. Things happen, but we couldn't wait no more.

We had (2) meals one was Steak and fries and Chicken sandwich with onion rings. The steak had a gamey taste and the chicken sandwich tasted like used oil. It's been a couple of years since eating at Applebee's it will be another couple of years if ever again I don't see how Apple bees is still around imo.
