Not acceptable quality for the price! Over $30 for fast food and they can't get the order right. Plus the quality has drastically gone down. I used to love Arby's but I cannot justify what you get for how much you pay let alone they can't even get the order correct. I'm just thoroughly disappointed, not how I want to leave a restaurant.

When I got the food home the bun was chewy, like it had been microwaved, we had to throw away the bread, & just eat the beef.
Today I came with my children who won some coupons at school and they were treated very well, very friendly, very good service, they tell me, you are very grateful.

We came through the drive through tonight and when we got to the window we were handed a small drink. My boyfriend told the long haired guy at the window that we had ordered a large drink. Then the guy at the window said “That is a large, you can thank corporate”. I understand that this is a fast food restaurant but frankly that was VERY rude and unprofessional. I am sorry to be leaving this review for the restaurant as a whole as I know how important good reviews are and how detrimental bad reviews are, but I think the company should know how their customers are being treated.
