When I got the food home the bun was chewy, like it had been microwaved, we had to throw away the bread, & just eat the beef.

Sent me some deal for the app. Drove up there to grab some lunch, only to have to sit there for 20 minutes trying to get the app to load and work. I will never be back to Arby's
We came through the drive through tonight and when we got to the window we were handed a small drink. My boyfriend told the long haired guy at the window that we had ordered a large drink. Then the guy at the window said “That is a large, you can thank corporate”. I understand that this is a fast food restaurant but frankly that was VERY rude and unprofessional. I am sorry to be leaving this review for the restaurant as a whole as I know how important good reviews are and how detrimental bad reviews are, but I think the company should know how their customers are being treated.

Arby's sandwiches rarely disappoint. The Market Fresh Turkey Bacon Ranch is excellent. As with most "Quick Service" restaurants these days, if the prices were lower, it would be an easy choice to enjoy a great sandwich option frequently. But over $7 for a Turkey Sandwich... Too much to have regularly. My visit to this Arby's found a very young, under-trained staff that was polite, but quite slow at handling what is now the most critical aspect of service - the drive through.
My milkshake's lid wasn't fastened securely, so things got a little drippy. The only other thing I could possibly complain about is that one of the credit card reader machines needs some maintenance, but that's pretty minor. I love the roast beef sandwiches at Arby's so much, I once ordered enough from one of the Wichita locations to have leftovers for a week!

Make sure and check your to-go orders before leaving. Missing au jus for the French dip sandwich (which is literally the only reason you order a French dip). Paid for extra cups of cheese, which are already too expensive, and didn't get the cheese either. Disappointing after a 4 hour road trip back in town.
