I had heard about them for a while, and a couple of weeks go while at the Farmer's Market in Wichita I was finally able to try a bierock from them. Not to be missed. I'm still still new at the bierocks game, but it was easily the best I've had so far.

Bierock Babes sounds like a restaurant. It's not. It's some kind of co-op bakery for people to sell their goods.They have pre-made food in refrigerated coolers. I took one bite from a bierock and didn't eat anymore. My son didn't like it either. My wife said she thought it was good. For $8.00 a bierock, it's definitely not worth it. We tried a couple of other things, and nothing stood out. I do not recommend it.There is a nice little coffee shop inside.
