Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

The store in Derby, Ks is always in turmoil with orders. Be it drive thru or dine in. I ordered a banana shake with my meal for dine in and when they called my number to pick up my food my shake was not with the order. I asked where the shake was, they told me they would call out when it was ready. I waited 15 minutes and went back to see what was taking so long, then couldn't tell me.so the evening manager makes it and tells me because I had to wait he put extra banana in my shake. No other explanation. I live in the area but won't be back to the Derby location. This kind of happenings have been going on for some time. Last straw is now broken. Won't be back!

Drive thru employees are rude as hell

Drive through workers very nonchalant. Didn’t inform us of being out of gravy for the tender dinners that are advertised with gravy. When we went back through and asked for gravy the young girl said they were out and didn’t offer anything

this was worst service i have ever had at this braums the cook was rude and i had to wait on my shakes for five minutes while my food sat there and got cold then they were like milk. i wont be bringing my grandkids here when they come to visit this summer!

I ordered a hamburger and fries. The hamburger was barely warm. The cheese was not melted and the fries were cold. I took it back and they offered to make another one. After nearly 10 minutes, the new one wasn't much than the first. The overall taste was bland. I guess I shouldn't expect a good burger from an ice cream place which, by the way, is good.

Love the ice cream and great little farm store.

Very disappointed in Braun’s in derby and their nutty cones, I returned mine because the cones were soggy, lacked any nuts and the cones didn’t have any ice cream, was told I couldn’t return them because they were opened and 2 were missing, yes, my husband and I both opened one and they were so horrible we threw them away. I asked if they’d rather lose a customer than refund me $5 so I could buy something edible, and yes, was their answer! I threw them in their trash can and left, we usually eat there several times a week and buy most of our ice cream there! Not anymore!!!

We stopped in this evening. Not ONE employee had gloves on. The guy cooking the burgers grabbed them with his bare hands dropped one then picked it up and used it. The guy working the fry’s had no gloves on. He was talking on his cell phone pushed the trash down with his bare hands then packed fry’s. This place has gone so far down hill and is ran by tons of teenagers. It’s really sad. We got our food. They never called our number it was left sitting on the counter. We got home burgers were pink still. Our kids meal burger had more ketchup than burger so gross. The fry's had so much salt they could not be ate. The health department needs to be called.

Went through the drive through. It was alright, the employees were not very kind and the food was okay. I believe you get what ouwpuld imagined you get from fast food but it was mainly the service for me. Doesn't reflect on the whole day though, I went at 8 in the evening. The ice cream is fantastic though! 👏🏻

Shelves are NEVER STOCKED as shown in the picture...outdated salad...dull minded employees...other than these deficiencies,
THE PlACE IS GREATly mediocre.

Came in around 8pm and order a junior frozen yogurt twist. A little small but good for the price and makes sense due to it being "junior" it was only about $1.50. Very good and fast service, thank you guys!
