Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Watched an employee stand and clean the same three shake machines over and over, trying to look busy. Manager asked an employee to make my shake and this girl flat out said no. My order was ready before I sat down and every bit of it was cold and the burger was hard. They remade the burger and it was undercooked. Dining area is so filthy! Black mold on the ice machine. Tables and chairs were not clean. Chairs were all over the dining area. Floor is sticky.

It's not always super clean and staff can sometimes ignore you but food has never tasted gross. Always fresh cooked food

We had the chili today. I know they use hamburger patties and that is OK. But they were barely chopped up and the chili seemed very greasy. The work area was fairly dirty and the floor had a lot of trash on it. The girl who waited on us was nice and friendly but her uniform was absolutely filthy.

Great ice cream and fantastic service. Burgers and fries were good.

This place really fell off. Used to be one of my favorites. Fries were cold, burger was not even comparable to what it’s been in the past not fresh at all. Pickles were not even spread out just picked a few and slapped on, which really highlights the low effort the employees put in and in turn the experience you’re going to get. The only redeeming quality is the ice cream.

Always a great stop for a burger and a shake or malt.

Always love this fast food shop for a good and inexpensive club chicken sandwich or cheeseburger. About half the grease it seems. Ice cream is perfect in flavors but I have to stick with the yogurt because of my lactose intolerance. But a great place to go to because these guys are usually very clean I'm the dining area and bathrooms. They have workers that seem to cars compared to other fast food places.

The bread was fresh, ice cream varieties were more than numerous. I wish they had mention it was on sale, we may have bought more. Service is always very good in Derby, in the restaurant and the grocery area. It was a nice, quiet breakfast with the hubby. And neither of us ha to make the biscuits and gravy. Which were good.

I remember why I stopped going to braums. They could never get my order complete. When you spend $35 + feeding a group and only get 3 of the 4 meals it tends to get expensive. I thought after not ordering from there for months that maybe it would be different. Shame on me. Again, not something we do all the time but when you want to treat the family and end up paying for items you didn't get. We tend to not return.

Braum's itself is a classic mainstay for me. I know they can only afford enough to hire high schoolers or college kids who need a summer job, but seriously, hire someone who can train them properly. Plenty of other places that pay around the same are capable of coercing better service out of these kids. Chick-fil-A is a great example. The only reason I hesitate to go into any Braum's is the service.

The food is good, great priced, but don't go at night. The staff is lazy, they just want to get our of there. There's a ton of small things that you are missing or that you notice.

While waiting on my Dr.appt. Had what I used to order from Wellingtons Braums. 1 sausage biscuit,large Diet Dr.pepper and NO HASSLE on wanting 2 strawberry jams. Biscuit was soft and sausage was moist. The manager was very kind.
