Received the All American Burger with no substitutions----paid 13$ for 2 burnt pucks covered with some cheese---no mustard, no mayo, no lettuce, no tomato, no pickles were present as advertised on menu----I normally wont rail a place, but this was bad. Bread was fresh and the fries were good---Our server was great!!

My Family and I went last night to eat at the Derby,KS location. Our Food was great, Our Service was phenomenal. Our Server was Angel,and she was pretty busy, however she didn't miss a beat. She had a positive and Friendly welcoming about her. Really have to say all employees were friendly. Management has built a pretty good team there. We will be back often. We went in to pick up dinner. It was so loud it was impossible to hear someone standing right next to you. The Spanish announcer was playing for the soccer game on the TVs. However, while we waited for our food, I watched many support staff members come to the door to ensure we had been taken care of and took take care of the people coming in.
Bottomless apps were the best! My girls had the best time and our waitress was so nice and attentive! Captured their impressive cheese pull !!

Not sure if we came on a bad night or what. Came in after graduation and it was pretty empty. Everyone ordered and they were out of onion rings. Then they came out like 20 minutes later and told everyone they were out of bacon. So orders got changed again. It took forever to get our food and when it finally came out, it was cold. The fries felt like they sat out for 20 minutes. The chicken was cooked but cold. Waitress staff barely came around. This was my fist experience from BWW and it makes me not want to go back. It was expensive and we left irritated. Hope this isn't their norm.

OMG. You have got to try to mushroom Swiss cheeseburger. It is past my excellent. Cooked to perfection and not sure what all was on it but I cannot wait to go back. It was so big I could only eat half. And it was good even left over. The onion rings were excellent and our server was all over it. Refills and checking in on us. Great service. Been forever since I had been to BWW. But I will definitely be going back. Gotta try the mushroom Swiss burger!!! ( and I don’t even like mushrooms) 😊

Absolutely no seasoning or sauce on wings. Some wings weren’t even done. Prices were high. I would never eat here again. Filled out the form under orders&visits and got a generic message. No refund or help. What a joke!!

Went there for lunch today my wife and I had the pretzel knots which were amazing ! I had the traditional wings half Asian zing and half garlic parm.. food came out super hott and fresh.. ..service was top notch. Way to go.
