I’ve been to this location 3 times in the last year since I’ve moved here all 3 times it was a little late and not so good today I went at 4:19 pm the lady at the drive thru was sweet I waited maybe 30 seconds for my food I check the bag everything hot and fresh my food almost didn’t make it home I offered a cheese burger and small fry soooo good sure did cure my Burger King craving

I sadly didn't get the name of this worker but on Monday June 23rd 2025 at around 1:10ish probably i was meeted with the upmost kind employee he was so sweet and told me recommendations when he found out it was my first time and he just was the nicest person I've seen in the food industry luckily I was able to leave a note with someone over the phone so his boss knew he did w wonderful job I really hope I like the food just so I can come back because that was the best service I have ever received he was so personable and I don't think I can say it enough he was an amazing employee according to the person over the phone the guy who helped was 3rd shift line cook if you ever have late night munchies id 1000000% recommend them he even made sure to ask if I was allergic to anything

I ordered dinner through door dash and was beyond disappointed. The food was cold and disgusting, their Sprite was all carbonation and no syrup so it was no good, and they got my drink from and gave me a lemonade instead of sweet tea. When I called the store to report it, the manager was rude and offered no help at all. They will definitely not be getting my business again. Don't waste your money here.

If I could rate zero I would. The onion rings are mushy the chicken sandwitch was disgusting and tough. And for the cherry on top. THE WORKERS CANT HEAR WORTH OF CRAP. I used to love this place so much NOT ANY MORE I DONT.

Did a late night drive thru, worker was friendly. He got 2 things wrong on our order, but that's OK. I believe he was the only one working and we had a big order and there was another vehicle waiting for food behind us.

Staff is generally rude but occasionally you get a nice person. Food is rarely warm. It’s usually cold. They will close the lobby during business hours. So when they mess up your order you have to get back in line at the drive thru. You can’t run in and have them fix it.

The Paradox Spot

Burger came incorrect even after door dasher had them correct it before he brought it to me. You can tell they put ketchup on it(which I’d asked for none) and then when told it was wrong they removed basically all toppings and wiped the ketchup off and then put the bun back on. Didn’t even bother to replace with fresh pickles.
