This is the worst location i have ever been to. I usually love visiting chick fil a due to how nice employees usually are at all other locations ive been to. I leave just feeling positivity. That is not the case with this DERBY location. They continuously mess up orders and are snooty. They will literally act like you're lying when they mess up your order. More times than not i leave shaking my head, looking at the sign like, am i really at chick fila right now? So disappointing. Ill skip this location from now on.

Cobb salad is what my mom always orders and 90 percent of the time it's great. Sometimes it had too much spine, but maybe some people like that. Nuggets and fries are the best! Service is always quick and friendly which is great during the lunch hr.

Not a lot of choices for vegetarians here, so I opted for the southwest salad/no chicken, pretty tasty. My grandson got kids meal (lots of choices here), then he played in the kids area. Good experience
