My wife went and picked up food to go lastnightfor dinner. I had the Mushroom Swiss burger, she had the deluxe burger. These were the most bland burger we've ever had in our lives. Absolutely no flavor, mine was supposed to have 2 slices of swiss, only had one slice and about 3 mushrooms on it. The swiss cheese pretty much tasted like plastic. We will definitely not be going to or buying anything from Culbers again.

We’ve been here a few times & it’s always been great. This evening we decided to bring my 90 year old grandparents. Every single crew member went out of their way to make sure they weren’t just well taken care of but that they felt important. Great food & just great people.

Great customer service and the drive through was very fast. Pretty disappointed with the chicken strips, highly recommend going anywhere else if you are interested in the chicken. The cheese curds were nothing special, but at least better than the chicken.

I was the only one there, how did my order come to me lukewarm at best?! Bread is mushy, fries are too salty to eat. Not one item was freshly prepared. If mediocre is what you like, Braums is much cheaper.

Had regular bacon cheese burger. Very good. Bun was better tasting than have had for a long time. Wife said it was different but very good tasting along with her chicken. Staff were polite and attentive to the customers. Had 1 of the custard deserts, also very good tasting. Can't wait to return there again to try other dishes and deserts. I paid with cash and I don't know if she was trained or just knew how to count change back but was nice to see it done.

We have been here twice. First time was great food was hot and fresh. Second time I ordered ahead and when I arrived to get my food from curbside I couldnt check in. Almost like my order was already picked up. Went inside and order was still there. Don't know why I couldnt pick it up curbside. Got home and our ice cream was missing from bag.

My husband and I went to the new Culver's in Derby, it was crazy busy. The employees were working hard to make sure our time with them was a positive experience. One server, Blake was super friendly. We could tell that he was trying his best to get customers their orders as fast as possible and with a genuine smile. Great food, delicious ice cream, we will definitely back.

It wasn’t bad. The food was ok but the service was exceptional and almost TOO good but I give them a pass because it just opened so there were loads of people training. The atmosphere was family friendly and quiet despite being a fast food location. It was also incredibly clean which you’d expect.

I had my 1st ever Culver Butterburger. I had a BcnDlx Dbl. Swapped mayo for mustard. Reminded me of the 70's Sonic number 2. It was good. I'll prolly try something else next time to see how they do. Service was excellent. I did the drive thru.
