The staff at the Derby, KS Dairy Queen refused to answer the speaker or acknowledge me at the window when I tried to order. I arrived well before closing, waited 15 minutes at the speaker with no response, and then went to the window only to be ignored by employees who were clearly inside. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and should be addressed immediately. I shouldn’t have to be treated like an inconvenience for wanting to place an order during business hours. For contrast, McDonald’s down the road served me quickly and with courtesy. Very disappointing experience

When the pupper broke her leg, there was only one logical move. Straight to DQ for a well-earned pup cup.

Naturally, we treated ourselves too: peanut buster parfait and a cake batter blizzard. Everyone left happy. DQ never misses. 🍨🐶

Closed before time. Not professional at all. Just jamming out giving excuses not paying attention. The whole crew needs fired if they can’t keep the store open when it’s supposed to be open.

the ice cream wasn’t frozen. they were out of most boxed treats. if you go to dairy queen you expect FROZEN ICE CREAM and they were still making shakes , blizzards etc with the barely thick milk

Went in at 8:50 pm on 5/29 and was not a good experience. Our order was wrong but the girl remade it, our ice cream was half melted and the boy started to clean the lobby at 9pm loudly putting chairs up to mop the floor already closing down a hour before they should.

Don't go in to order, you will never get served 3 people can do the garbage but not greet you or take your order.

My blizzard was far from it.. it was runny more like a thin shake. It was a liitte after 8pm, there was an employee putting all the chairs on tables, very loudly.. was not a good experience. Probably wont go back!

Stopped by approximately two hours before closing. A number of employees were on hand. The dining area was empty, and the drive-through had a few cars. My child and I waited at the counter, anticipating service, but did not receive any acknowledgment or greeting from the staff. As it became evident that our order would not be taken, we decided to leave.
