The past couple of times we have gone here there is something wrong with the ice cream. It doesn't taste right, it's frothy like and tastes melted already. It doesn't even look like soft serve. We have got cones and blizzards on multiple occasions and they taste the same.

This is the 3rd Sunday in a row we have tried to stop for ice cream cones and when we get to drive through window are told that they cannot make cones or sundaes. That is pretty poor service for a "frozen treat" establishment to not be able to serve customers but a very limited menu in the summer. Guess when you work a 12hr shift on the weekend you are out of luck. I have even stopped early on my way home to wait in long line to have someone walk around to cars waiting in line to tell everyone they will be closing more than 2 hrs early and are no longer serving. Maybe you need to consider closing earlier if you are going to not serve half of your menu or at least post a sign saying limited menu don't waste your time in line. Done with DQ will be taking our business to Braums from now on. Have watched about half of the cars drive off without ordering all 3 weeks. Good job DQ

On Sunday nights, we walk our dogs normally and they get ice cream afterwards the last two Sundays that we went to the Dairy Queen and Derby Kansas. They ran out of ice cream the first Sunday the second Sunday they said there’s no ice cream because they have to save it for Sundaes so two weeks in a row, we went to a competitor, because there was no ice cream , We usually get good service and delicious ice cream. The drive-through does get busy, but they are usually pretty efficient about getting everyone thru, I would like to be contacted by the owner or management to explain what happens on Sunday nights we’ve been going there probably for the last five or six years with never any issues. I rated this so low because two weeks in a row we didn’t get any ice cream, thanks
