You have got to get the big hole in your parking lot fixed. The coffee we got Friday morning the 5th of December was burnt so it even smelled bad.

Always awesome Been going here since it opened and has always been great, however the mens bathroom always always smells like an outhouse not sure what or how they clean it or if it even gets cleaned but please for all ur customers and for the quality of ur store please fix that issue so people dont get grossed out by the smell and maybe its that ridiculous urinal thats in there

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding an incident that took place at your Derby store on 3-17-25 at approximately 9:45 am. While visiting with my six children, I overheard an employee making fun of them after she thought we left, without realizing I was standing right behind her. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply hurtful.
As a paying customer, I expect my family to be treated with respect. Instead, we were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I believe that all customers, regardless of age or family size and/or diversity deserve to be treated with kindness and professionalism. Then I asked for the manager I found that the manager, store manager and general manager is all the same person that was at the drive-thru window
I would appreciate it if you could address this matter with the employee in question and take steps to ensure this does not happen to another family in the future. Everytime I come here the service is terrible, they are always in a bad mood and make the customers feel bad and stupid for asking questions. I had a missing donut we paid for and for some reason our napkins we just crumbled up into a ball? They wernt even busy dude! My fiancé said his bacon egg and cheese didn't have bacon and tasted like plastic. At least they didn't mess up the water. Not going back😐

Slow service with no customers inside nor in the drive thru . Ordered a vanilla bean coolata and received a cup of thick blended ice with no flavor.
Very bad planning on their part. Wednesday before Thanksgiving out of Doughnuts by 9:30. Yes it’s going to be busy before Thanksgiving plan accordingly. Line to the door and no Doughnuts Glad they have Dutch Brothers across the street so I can at least get my drinks there.

I got the bacon avocado toast…. This is how much bacon I got. I have never gone to a dunkin and gotten a bacon avocado toast that looked this pathetic.

Does anyone at this location know how to do they job ??? Genuinely the hot chocolate taste like burnt water and when i got hash browns there was literally 4 in the package overall i had a horrible experience and they definitely lost me as a customer today. Not only that but all three of the workers were just sitting there laughing and talking not even doing there job there girl that took my order didn’t even know how to take my order or know how to use there tap to pay. I also saw that someone with a fresh tattoo working in the kitchen and there tattoo wrap was falling off. She was touching her tattoo while time we were there wasn’t even 5 min and she never wash her hands. I tried to call the location and they didn’t answer. I called 5 different times. NO ANSWER DEFINITELY WASTE OF MY MONEY AND WASTE OF MY TIME!!

Dunkin at the Derby Kansas location needs to change their hours on their website. I drove to Dunkin' to get a drink or donuts and find out that they are closed when it’s says open until 10:00pm.
