I placed an online order for 2 dozen donuts 24 hours ahead of time. When I went to pick up, the girl at the window told me they had completely run out of that type of donut that morning (my pickup was scheduled for 9:15 am). I asked how that could be since I had placed the order 24 hours in advance, which is the earliest it allows online. She proceeded to tell me it was my fault for using the online system and not calling the store directly. She gave me 2 dozen random donuts, which defeats the purpose of ordering specifically what I wanted ahead of time. There was no apology, no offer of a partial refund or credit toward a future order, nothing. She just blamed me for the issue instead of admitting she forgot to check the online orders. Terrible customer service.

Very busy in the drive through, so I went inside. I wanted a dozen cake donuts but they only had 7.The clerk said they had more in the back, but came out with regular donuts. So I bought the 7 cake donuts and was disappointed in the taste. Not as good as I remember Dunkin Donuts being.

My wife and I went to Dunkin' Donuts after church cold, hungry, and we ordered two coffees and two croissants. When we got to the window, my wife asked if I could taste her coffee, it didn't seem to have vanilla in it. I did taste and it didn't seem very sweet so my wife asked the attendant if she could put some vanilla in it and the attendance said "there's already vanilla in it" so my wife said, could you add some more please and the attendant rolled her eyes! i went and got a medium cold brew with cold foam, i mixed the cold foam and half of my drink was gone? paying 6$ for half a cup of coffee now?

Came here for a quick breakfast while in town for work. Discovered DnD offers turkey sausage for an option on their breakfast sandwiches. Due to being in a hurry I decided to utilize my app for mobile ordering. I was able to customize my sandwich for sourdough bread to a croissant with no problem. My office is literally down the street, it took me no time to get there. When I arrived my order was ready to go, correct and prepared neatly. I also ordered one of my favorite donuts an old fashion and it was SO fresh! This location is also very clean and well put together. I'll definitely be ordering here and when I'm back in town.

Great coffee, amazing kolaches. However.. customer service is a make or break factor in food interactions. Generally speaking, I’ve never, ever received poor or short service at this location. Today that changed.I’ve worked several fast food jobs, been the guy on the ‘headset’ taking the drive thru orders. I’ve never once given poor customer service, even on a bad day, or with a manager breathing down my neck.However today I was disappointed. I was excited to see there was no line! I could take my time today. But right off the bat when I pulled up to the menu at the derby Dunkin’ Donuts, I was greeted with a very loud voice. Upon asking a question about their coffee flavors, I was given a very short response and could tell this employee was rushing to get my order as quickly as humanly possible and get me the f out of there.I understand they, as with most other fast food restaurants or coffee drive throughs, have corporate overlords essentially whipping them for not keeping the ‘drive time’ (time a customer spends in the drive through from menu to window to exit) within or below 3 minutes.This is completely backwards from how you should handle these situations.When I’m at work I take pride in giving premium, top notch service to the best of my ability.It seems this lesson didn’t resonate with this employee.As for the other employees, they’re amazing!!
