Don’t waste your time ordering ahead. I love Dutch Bros and this is the only location that I seem to be having this issue with. I place a mobile order, I show up at my pickup time and they haven’t even started my drink yet. Today i arrived over 30 minutes AFTER I placed my order and they still hadn’t started it. Absolutely ridiculous. Just plan ahead and sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes, it’ll be faster. Also they can’t even help with cancelling your order, you have to email customer support. So I left without my money and without my drink. I’ll keep supporting Dutch Bros but not this location. I understand being busy, but so is Starbucks and I’ve never had this issue with them.

We love Dutch Bros! However today's service was rude!!! The broesta wasn't paying attention and was going to skip us for the car next to us, who came up after us. When we tooted the horn she got hateful with us. We go there at least twice a week. Have never had a rude broesta until today. Needless to say, they didn't get our business today.
Should have know to avoid there today after my friend had the same rude experience this morning.

OMG I love their coffee! I drive past Dutch Bros and wonder why the long lines. Now I know. Their coffees are amazingly tasty, the service is excellent, and the employees friendly. It definitely will be a while before I visit the competition. They do have an app you can download. You order at the drive thru window. During rush time the employees are taking orders at your car. They don't have a huge menu, but the choices that are available are worth a try. Coffees, drinks, and smoothies oh my! The Pumpkin Spice Chai tea is delicious. Try the sugar free, it is

Dutch Bros is definitely one of the better coffee chains. I love the friendly customer service, smiling and kind baristas. I usually park and walk up since most everyone else does the drive through. I can park and get my order faster if the drive through is busy! The prices are much more competitive than another well-known national chain. The seasonal stickers and app badges and quick-building rewards are a fun bonus as well!
