Although the coffee was tasty the speed of service not so much. Ordered on the app and pick up was 9:10 and waited wt the window until 9:20. They were too busy singing and playing instead of making coffee. Dutch Bros needs to work on time service before 7 brew comes to derby.
Not a coffee person, at all, have family members that most definitely ARE ?, soooo, coffee. I appreciate the zero coffee flavor hot chocolate the folks here have available for those of us that are not fans of coffee. The employees have always been cordial and quick. ?

Don’t waste your time ordering ahead. I love Dutch Bros and this is the only location that I seem to be having this issue with. I place a mobile order, I show up at my pickup time and they haven’t even started my drink yet. Today i arrived over 30 minutes AFTER I placed my order and they still hadn’t started it. Absolutely ridiculous. Just plan ahead and sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes, it’ll be faster. Also they can’t even help with cancelling your order, you have to email customer support. So I left without my money and without my drink. I’ll keep supporting Dutch Bros but not this location. I understand being busy, but so is Starbucks and I’ve never had this issue with them.

Excellent coffee your style. They only have iced tea. They do have smoothies, shakes, & lemonade I do love their coffees hot in the winter and their blended in the summer.

We love Dutch Bros! However today's service was rude!!! The broesta wasn't paying attention and was going to skip us for the car next to us, who came up after us. When we tooted the horn she got hateful with us. We go there at least twice a week. Have never had a rude broesta until today. Needless to say, they didn't get our business today.
Should have know to avoid there today after my friend had the same rude experience this morning.
