Fantastic food, but inflation has ruined this place. Way overpriced considering rice is globally known as the cheapest food worldwide.

Don’t mean to sound old, but what I used to get used to be $7.50 and included a drink. Now it’s $15 and doesn’t include a drink. I know inflation is a thing, but it’s just very overpriced. Not to mention they charge for everything. Want silverware? That’s a charge. Want sauce? That’s a charge. Want a drink that used to be included and now it isn’t? That’s a charge.

I love the food though.

The entire staff is friendly, during my visit at this store, my wife (who is new here in the US) was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful the employees were. The store didnt have any bad smell, clean floors and walls and is conviniently located beside a gas station. The food was as good as any Emperors Grill which is a good thing, served quickly after cooking.

When you first walk in the food smells soooo good! Mongolian Beef was delicious and the house fried rice is the best! We should have tried this place sooner, I have lived here since 2018. Seating is roomy and the place is clean. The service is very friendly. We will be back very soon ?.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair access and seating.

To preface, my expectation is that a specialty restaurant should excel in making a dish better than if I just made it myself. For Emperor's, Mongolian Beef was disappointing. The beef has no tenderized velveting treatment, resulting in bland burnt overcooked flat tough chewy curls that resemble flat tire patches. The onions were just chunked up dices.I’m accustomed to getting flank steak with white onion julienne cuts and a brown sugar dark/light soy base, garlic, ginger, with some tianjin red pepper. Hot fresh and appetizing. This was just plain fried sadness in dish water.Sauce consisted of some gray water oily gravy concoction. I guess this place really takes a really loose interpretation with inclusion of mushrooms as well. Also, between three different entree choices, all had similar look and presentation with barely any distinction between any of them. A restaurant is free to make their choices but if I have to ask myself “what is this?”, the interpretation is lost.Egg rolls and crab Rangoon were most redeeming option. For around $70, this was not something I’d consider again. Came with two sauces, no soy or cutlery if staying at hotel. Carry out was ready as promised.

Quiet atmosphere, with good portion sizes for the cost. Simple menu with delicious options. Their catering menus are a great option for buying great food in bulk.
