Waited 20 minutes more when I got to the restaurant AFTER they sent me notification that my food was ready. The reason you call ahead, is so you don't HAVE to wait. Then after waiting.... The food was horrible. I love pad Thai and theirs was just bad; dry and NO flavor. Won't bother to go back to this location.

My wife has mentioned this restaurant a few times. So today I decided it time to try it out. I called ahead and placed my order for the beef and broclie meal as a carry out order. The individual said about 15 minutes which was fine as I was a bit away from the location when I called. Went in and within 4 minutes of sitting down my oder was ready. ( 8 minute drive) paid and took my lunch back to eat. The portions were great and the flavors, seasonings were also very good. Not overloaded with soy sauce and salt. Which Ruins a meal in my opinion.
The veggies were portionate to the beef. The noodles and rice portions were also perfect. I highly recommend this resturant.

Super small portions but staff was friendly. They mixed the vegetarian in the same container with raw fish which I found dangerous if someone is allergic to fish.

They have the best food! The three boys that work there Landen, Jayce and Gavin are so kind and friendly and they all work very hard. The Pad Thai is excellent!

Food was and always is great here in my opinion. I don't know that my pickup order has ever been done by the pickup time they provide, but I typically plan for 10 extra minutes.
Nearly an hour of waiting for food, watching several people who ordered after me receive their food first to then receive one of my meals at a cold temperature. Not a single apology or reimbursement.

Absolutely the slowest place I’ve ever seen with no desire to try to change the pace. Every person I’ve seen works at a snails pace, doesn’t offer to even acknowledge people most of the time, and gives no care to the customer’s time.

Food was ordered ahead and we arrived 5 minutes after pickup time. Food was not ready wich is no big deal they were really busy. But an elderly couple were there and wanted a refund. There food was literally coming through the window. Cashier tried to refund back to card and it took a bit and didn’t work. I assume what is the manager then proceeded to fuss at the register at the customers about how the food was ready and she would just give a cash refund. After the refund she gathered employees behind register in front of customers and belittled them in front of customers. She was also the one on the grill and our order was not like usual and bland and really a bad meal. Workers don’t want to work because of bad management and how much can you manage from the grill.
