Not there anymore. :-(
Owner was very friendly and prompt. Food was hot and fresh even though we showed up at 4pm for an early dinner. It wasn't my fav cole slaw, but that is my only gripe, and it's a small one. I will go back.

Honestly, can you beat a $5.99 meal deal in 2024 that comes with a sandwich, side, and a drink? And it's actually good. Insane.

Asked for hot links with no sauce (they were smothered in sauce, after being told several times not to put sauce), and the fries were cold and bland. The extra pint of macaroni and cheese had unknown greens and a strange flavor. I am livid.

One of our favorite BBQ takeouts. We get a 1/2lb of pulled Pork, 1/2lb of beef brisket and coldslaw. My wife Mays her a Carolina pulled pork and I make me a beef and beef burrito. Lasts us two meals. On the 4th of July we buy several pounds of meat and reheat it for a family gathering. Warms up and tastes fresh.

Ordered one pound of beef and received a pound of leftover meat from lunch. Kinda dry with a old taste.
Extremely poor and very rude service

Very good barbecue. Show up at least 3 to 4 hours before closing. The brisket tends to be dry towards the end of the evening.

Went there yesterday for Brisket, Ribs, and Hot Links. The ONLY good meat was the Hot Links. The Brisket and Ribs were very dry and nearly tasteless except for the BBQ Sauce on the Ribs.Hence, money wasted. Never again.

After hearing some promos about winning Hog Wild for the big game coming up, I was looking forward to grabbing some of my own between NFL Championship games today. I'll begin by saying that I have always maintained that Hog Wild is as good as any barbeque joint that I have been to in KC, Texas, or Memphis. That being said, tonight's meal was not the best that I have had from the franchise. My Smokestack favorite, usually overflowing with brisket and links, seemed a little thin on meat - and neither of the meats had the same quality that I expect. On the plus side, I always get and individual rib because I believe that HW does a great job on their ribs. Happily, it didn't disappoint. Overall, still a great place to grab some great BBQ when you can't plan your own backyard feast. But, there is a lot of competition for dinner dollars today. Consistency is key. Hopefully the Derby store steps things up to keep the brand's reputation strong.

Second time we've eaten here sandwich is like a slider first time I hear besides were instant potatoes and the other side was baked beans tasted like stuff straight out of a can I guess you have to pay $25 here to get a full plate of food ridiculous
I ordered one of the hams for my Christmas dinner at a cost of $50 for my family. Hogwild states it's a whole ham. It probably weighs all of 2/3 lbs. You should be ashamed of yourself the ham is so small it's ridiculous. I had to go buy a (real ) whole ham as a back up at the last minute and it was still cheaper than what Hogwild charges. That's wrong. Well I've learned to never do that again.
