I really like Jersey Mike’s but lately they’ve been failing to make sandwiches how I have asked, before you think I’m doing some crazy order all I asked was that they leave onions off of my sandwich. One item, it was even written on the ticket. It baffles me that a simple request cannot be carried out. I’ll still come here but I’ll be checking my sandwiches once they have been handed to me.
very slow during lunch time if you deliver to people i would not wait more then 5 minutes i had a order for two sandwiches during lunch time and it took 40 damn minutes

Ordered online and said would be ready at 615. They didn’t even start making the order until we had to ask where our food was after waiting an hour. A group of walk ins got their food before they even started on online orders they had for over an hour. Very poor management and no apologies.

Lesson learned, will NEVER do an online order with them again. Placed order at 5:30, order was supposed to be ready by 6:15, and it is now 6:50 and it hasn’t even been started. Obviously online orders are not a priority here.

Apparently reading an order and then putting everything in the bag is too hard for them. Ordered two sandwiches on GrubHub and only got one. I've had a lot of issues with accuracy on my past orders.

Ordered a sub with oil and vinegar, opening the sandwich to eat not even 10 minutes later and the entire thing is soaked and falling apart like wet paper. Absolute waste of time and money

I placeed an online order at 7:01 pm and it says I can pick up my order at 7:16 pm. I went inside and saw a crazy long line and I asked if my food was ready but it wasn't. I tried to be patient and waited extra 50 minutes inside and had to cancel the order. This location only focused on people waiting in line and not the people that waited for online orders for tonight. I never cared about leaving a review but you guys deserved 1 star from me for my ever first review.
