Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great selection! Everything is gluten free which is great on your stomach and a wide variety to choose from especially desserts which can be hard to find in the big stores. Anyone who is keto will fall in love with this place after visiting. Cz everything that is sold here is keto/ Paleo. That and everything sold in the store doesn't have gluten in it. My only wish is that more stores sold these products to make my shopping life easier. Cz other stores that sell keto stuff aren't really keto. Absolutely fantastic time there. Got a sandwich from the bistro portion & it was amazing!! I didn't get his name but a very nice gentleman made my food & was extremely helpful & gave me tips on the other items I bought. I spent about an hour there & I thoroughly enjoyed myself, the food, service & atmosphere. Ive been once before but this visit has definitely made me want to keep going back!!
