We ate here after church today. The lady helping us at the front counter was extremely friendly and helpful. Our food was delicious and warm, perfect for a cold day like today. The dining room was clean. We will definitely be coming back often.

I have become a regular at this KFC. If I have an online deal, I usually orde it for pickup. Once I arrive at the drive thru it is fresh and hot. My favorite has become the crunchy chicken sandwich. It is a generous amount for the price and it is very tasty. I did taste the chicken strips for the first time and they were very good as well. The employees that I encounter through the drive 6window are always professional and friendly.

Went to KFC drive thru in Derby, Ks. Every was good except the napkins I was given. They were waded up in a ball and thrown in the bag. Really! Is it hard to grab folded napkins and put in the bag correctly our do you not care? I swear, peoples work ethic is trash now days. Also, is management paying attention? Obviously not. Is management going to correct this?

I placed carry out order online and paid with credit card. I went to the counter to pickup. They gave me my order and as I was leaving the cashier said the system showed the order was cancelled. I showed him the confirmation email and the pending charge on my card but he still insisted the order was canceled. I asked for a refund and was told nothing they could do. I left the food and called corporate office, explained what happened and they issued a refund. The transaction did charge my credit card so happy corporate issued a refund. The counter person had followed me out to my car to get me to come back inside.

Fast food is usually hit or miss most of the time. I’ve got to be honest here, this is the third time in three months I’ve ordered at the drive through and it’s been awesome. This is the best quality KFC that I’ve eaten since 1985!

Terrible drive through it’s all bumpy and ghetto. The guy who took my order said it would be a 7 minute wait for chicken just to give me old nasty chicken that’s feels like a brick. I would like to punch his momma in the face for this.
