Avoid this location at all costs. The manager is sweet and I know she's trying to improve it, but her efforts are not working. I ordered a pizza at 6:11 and was given a pick up time of 6:35. I get to the store at 6:45 to be told it wasn't even in the oven yet. 7:10 comes around and I finally get the pizza, only to see it's wrong. The girl running the drive thru seemed clueless and had to get the manager to understand that it was wrong. Additionally, I paid extra for the crazy crust and wasn't given any. When I asked for them to put some on, they put maybe a teaspoon of cheese. Seriously? Why charge extra to only put a teaspoon. I drive from Wellington to this location because it used to be good. However, over the last few months my pizza has been wrong EVERY time and I've had to wait at least 30-60 minutes from the time it was supposed to be done. The manager was apologetic and offered free pepperoni puffs but pepperoni puffs do not fix the issues, so I declined. I know one customer won't hurt, but I will not be coming back to this location. I will drive the extra 20 minutes into Wichita. Such a disappointment.

As much as I would like to give this store a good review, the employees honestly just ruin the whole experience. I’m typically very understanding, but this has gotten so bad. I placed an online order for just a regular pizza, and waited almost an hour before it even went into the oven because the employees only started cooking it once I was in the store. I’ve been here countless times and the pizzas are mostly good, however a long wait time is a common experience and it’s annoying/inconvenient. I’ve received emails stating the pizza is ready but it won’t even be done cooking when I arrive. Please for the love of god train your employees before just releasing them into the store. It was quite obvious that the workers were clueless or just didn’t care. And don’t make me wait over an hour for a pizza that was an online order!!!!

This location used to be my preferred one, but over the last few months it has gone way down hill. 99.9% of the time the pizza is not done at the time they said it would be, resulting in waiting at least 20-30 more minutes. On top of it, the pizza is wrong most of the time as well. Unless you're okay waiting 1-1.5 hours for your order, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Hell, even Papa John's would be a better option at this point.

Made an order online, waited for 15 minutes for the person to bring out only half of our order so we had to go inside and tell them what we were missing (missing a light sauce extra cheese pizza and our crazy bread and sauces) and then they said they gave our custom pizza to another persons order and just gave us a regular pizza... Very disappointing

This particular visit has a pizza box with the top smashed to the pizza. We did not receive our complete order and when we went back, they refused to add the item.

Edit to the review. The manager did a wonderful job of reaching out to apologize for the service. She was kind and offered a refund. Thank you

This is the only pizza place that takes FORVEERRRRR .!! we waited sooo long just to get 2 pizzas, and it took forever for them to even take my order.! They need more people and need to do better! This is ridiculous.!!

Waiting a couple minutes in the drive thru line, then decided it might be faster if I just went inside and ordered. Waited inside for maybe 15 min, no one ever came to even get an order prepped. There was another lady in there who said she has been waiting 40 min for her pizza to be made. We decided we’d go to Casey’s next door and get a pizza from there. Little Caesars used to be fast, affordable and easy. Now it’s a pain to go there.

Undercooked breadsticks, raw actually. Pizza dough was undercooked. Ordered oldstyle pepperoni, got cold regular ones. When I asked for my "crazysauce" or marinara I ordered the staff could hardly be bothered. That's what I get for trying to save money.

Literally terrible. The workers are so rude and most of the time won’t even acknowledge you. You go inside and get ignored, you go through the drive though and also get ignored. Customer service is terrible and food has gone downhill
