I ordered through the app and pulled up through the drive through. No one answered for a while and I even said “hello?”, but no answer. I got my food in the end but it was still an irritating experience.
I hope they take some of the $35 that I spent and buy some cleaning supplies. Family went in about 11:15 am for lunch and the dining room was a wreck. The floors (especially under the tables) had not been swept in some time and then I made the mistake of using the men’s restroom. Oh my!! I can guarantee that it had not been cleaned in days. Urinal was filthy - floors were filthy - sink looked like they had been cooking in it (I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like) I do not leave many reviews but this definitely needs to be pointed out. I will not be back to this McDonald’s (610 N Rock Rd, Derby Ks).

Quality of food and service is horrible here. Double check your bag before driving off as they won’t help you if you leave. If you wonder why they can’t hear you or why you have to repeat your order. It’s because they let the drive thru staff wear AirPods. So they aren’t listening to you.

This place is a joke. The morning shift is always always rude! And your orders will never be right! The girl with green/pink/black/yellow hair yelled at me because I went to the last window (it’s 5:30AM) to pay & she was said “you needed to stop at the first window for a credit card payment not here, this window is got cash only” and shut the window. HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW????? Plus she charged me wrong & my order was wrong. Great customer service. Not

I recently had a frustrating experience at a McDonald’s location that claims to be open 24 hours. I arrived around 3:00 am, only to find that the exterior lights and ordering screens were completely blacked out. There was no indication of whether they were closed or experiencing technical issues.
Unsure of what was happening, I drove up to the window where I finally saw an employee inside. What I heard next was shocking — it sounded like a group of employees playing and yelling back and forth, more like a playground than a workplace.
Eventually, one employee opened the window, but instead of offering assistance, they immediately yelled at me, saying the store was closed. When I questioned it — since it’s advertised as a 24-hour location — they rudely shouted again that it was closed until 4:30 am. I stayed for a moment, stunned, and continued to hear the chaotic sounds of employees acting like unsupervised children inside.
This experience was unprofessional, confusing, and disappointing. If the location is not operating 24 hours as advertised, clear signage or proper communication would be helpful. But beyond that, the behavior of the employees was completely unacceptable. I hope management addresses these issues to ensure future customers are treated with respect and that operational hours are accurately reflected.

Found a bone (yes a bone, there was even marrow in it) inside my nugget about an inch long! How unsafe! What if a kid had choked on this. So weird.
Who ever the girl is who takes orders around 10pm is so rude everytime I come to this location is the same girl and she’s always rude as hell if you hate your job that much work somewhere else

Ordered online and called up after thirty minutes of the driver waiting and got called dawg by the manager and hung up on. Then I called back and she was the most dis respectful person I have delt with at a restraint. I won’t be back and hope no body else does either.
