You go to McDonald's because you know what you're going to get. Everytime. Except when they mix your order with someone else's. My 85 yo mother-in-law received her 2 fish sandwiches. If you have an extra 20-30 minutes to sit and wait in the drive thru, then this is the place to go. They nearly always give you a drink that is overflowing and wait for you to clean it up before handing you the straws with no apology. Most times you're not even spoken to.
