Went into the store Sunday night 1/26 because online system was down. I want to give a huge shout out to Aaron. He was welcoming, he was patient, he was taking orders, helping in the back, drive thru. The man was doing a lot. Despite the craziness that was going on or other customers with some less than pleasant attitudes, Aaron remained, professional, kind and patient. His pleasant attitude was very much appreciated. Thank you.

I am completely shocked at how the whole crew treated me this evening. I ordered online for delivery and my order never showed up. Knowing it's a busy night for them I went up to the store and waited for someone to even greet me. When they finally did they acted put out and the manager even just yelled at me through the kitchen window. When I told them I wanted a refund they told me that I would have to wait 20 or 30 minutes for them to get caught up on their orders. WHAT? You are helping me now why not give me back my money now? Needless to say I won't be coming back to this Pizza Hut.

This is the third issue we’ve had with this location. The first issue was with our carryout order being picked up by, or sent with the delivery person on accident. That’s happened twice now. This time they simply didn’t get my call in order entered into the computer. The person who answered kept putting me on hold and seemed very distracted so I kept having to repeat myself.
When she finally confirmed my ordered, I asked her how long it would take and she told me 15-20 minutes. I said, “okay thank you!” and showed up at the store 15 mins later to be told they “never received my order”. I confirmed the phone number and time of my call to be sure I called the correct location. When I expressed my frustration and explained that this wasn’t the first issue here, the employee offered no apology or compensation for the mistake and instead gave me an excuses about how all of the Pizza Huts are understaffed and struggling.
I do feel for those that are showing up and working, it’s not easy to be short staffed. Even still, repeated mistakes like this tell me there’s a management issue. After having to ask if there was any way she could make this right, she eventually offered 10% off my order which I was told couldn’t be stacked on top of my existing military discount, so therefore it was of no benefit to me.
Long story short, we will be taking our pizza loving business elsewhere in the future.

I think they get a bad rap. The people have always been really nice and accommodating. The atmosphere is whatever. They take care of a homeless cat that has been in dire straits forever... in my book that is on top! The food is really good for a Pizza Hut and they try their best to make it really really good. They give you more toppings than their fat cat bosses probably want them to. Thank you for taking care of the common folk. You guys deserve more credit than you get!

Ordered the new basil pesto pizza and they didn't put the drizzle on the pizza which was the reason I ordered it in the first place.

It’s been Two or three years since I was at Pizza Hut. Special today $12 Any pizza. Doesn’t change just gets worse, Wet greasy crust know meet very little cheese. Disgusting. I don’t know why they bother. Papa Murphy’s from now on.

Drivers will give your payed for food to anyone. They can't seem to be able to read the house adress, clearly on the front of the house, and deliver to the wrong person. The stupidity is unreal.

This is the second time I ordered boneless wings and Pizza Hut skimps out on the sauce, they might as well be naked with no sauce. Would it hurt to get a little value for your money?It’s funny too, Pizza Hut has the tenacity to ask for tips on the App for carry out. What’s the tip for? I’m coming to you, am I supposed to tip your employees for doing their job?

I order 2 medium pizzas each week. Meatlovers for the men is always good. But I order taco for me, half no onions. Sometimes they get it right, but the last 2 weeks they have not. This weekend, because I order every weekend, it was far worse. And the manager was clearly incorrect that my half didn't have pineapple and jalapeños.
Pizza Hut in Derby Kansas is the worst, every delivery it seems I'm short something, I'm at the point of not ordering pizza Hut for delivery again, if I do, don't expect a tip...4 times in a row is ridiculous.. If they mess up, they should offer you a free pizza every time, then maybe they would address their problems!!!
