Ordered cheesy breadsticks from them via DoorDash.
Food wasn’t packaged in a way that could prevent tampering so that was weird, not even in a bag or anything.
When I was about to bite into my the breadsticks I saw it was also littered with onions. If I hadn’t noticed I’d be in the ER right now. This product wasn’t supposed to have onions, so I didn’t think I’d have to mention the onion allergy.
Also weird.
And the bread was undercooked and doughy in the middle. Let someone else eat them and they couldn’t even finish.

I bring my wife and daughters to this specific location. Food is always good and so is the service. I highly recommend giving this place a shot.

Love to rate the food, but haven’t received any. Myself and about 5 other customers waiting to pickup to go orders. Team in back is absolutely no help to young lady in front- who appears way over her head

Don't try to dine in at this location. The one waitress was nice but they had her doing several different jobs, slow service but good food. I will pick up next time like everybody else.

Bought a on line order. I didn't get everything I ordered. I called the manager and said it wasn't on said order funny thing they circled on the ticket and was on my receipt in email. Oh, said Manger called me a liar, but then she said she would refund the item. Nope, it didn't happen where customer service has gone. Oh well, I will not here again. Pappa Johns Pizza Johns or Dominos will get more of my business. Pizza Hut has gone downhill ever since Pepsi bought them.

Went into the store Sunday night 1/26 because online system was down. I want to give a huge shout out to Aaron. He was welcoming, he was patient, he was taking orders, helping in the back, drive thru. The man was doing a lot. Despite the craziness that was going on or other customers with some less than pleasant attitudes, Aaron remained, professional, kind and patient. His pleasant attitude was very much appreciated. Thank you.

I am completely shocked at how the whole crew treated me this evening. I ordered online for delivery and my order never showed up. Knowing it's a busy night for them I went up to the store and waited for someone to even greet me. When they finally did they acted put out and the manager even just yelled at me through the kitchen window. When I told them I wanted a refund they told me that I would have to wait 20 or 30 minutes for them to get caught up on their orders. WHAT? You are helping me now why not give me back my money now? Needless to say I won't be coming back to this Pizza Hut.

This is the third issue we’ve had with this location. The first issue was with our carryout order being picked up by, or sent with the delivery person on accident. That’s happened twice now. This time they simply didn’t get my call in order entered into the computer. The person who answered kept putting me on hold and seemed very distracted so I kept having to repeat myself.
When she finally confirmed my ordered, I asked her how long it would take and she told me 15-20 minutes. I said, “okay thank you!” and showed up at the store 15 mins later to be told they “never received my order”. I confirmed the phone number and time of my call to be sure I called the correct location. When I expressed my frustration and explained that this wasn’t the first issue here, the employee offered no apology or compensation for the mistake and instead gave me an excuses about how all of the Pizza Huts are understaffed and struggling.
I do feel for those that are showing up and working, it’s not easy to be short staffed. Even still, repeated mistakes like this tell me there’s a management issue. After having to ask if there was any way she could make this right, she eventually offered 10% off my order which I was told couldn’t be stacked on top of my existing military discount, so therefore it was of no benefit to me.
Long story short, we will be taking our pizza loving business elsewhere in the future.

I think they get a bad rap. The people have always been really nice and accommodating. The atmosphere is whatever. They take care of a homeless cat that has been in dire straits forever... in my book that is on top! The food is really good for a Pizza Hut and they try their best to make it really really good. They give you more toppings than their fat cat bosses probably want them to. Thank you for taking care of the common folk. You guys deserve more credit than you get!

Ordered the new basil pesto pizza and they didn't put the drizzle on the pizza which was the reason I ordered it in the first place.

It’s been Two or three years since I was at Pizza Hut. Special today $12 Any pizza. Doesn’t change just gets worse, Wet greasy crust know meet very little cheese. Disgusting. I don’t know why they bother. Papa Murphy’s from now on.

Drivers will give your payed for food to anyone. They can't seem to be able to read the house adress, clearly on the front of the house, and deliver to the wrong person. The stupidity is unreal.
