We went here 9/26 for my daughter’s birthday. Food was just ok. We had a party of 7 and several of us had loaded fries. We asked for 6 ranch for dipping sauce for 6 of us. We were charged $1 for all of them. Server never mentioned that there was a charge.

If I could give zero stars I would. Server had no idea what she was doing. Brought my boyfriend the wrong beer. Told my daughter she could pick 2 sides with the catfish plate, but when she did she the. Told her she couldn’t change the sides because the fish came with set sides. Ok no biggie. My dad ordered brisket, rest of my family orders, she gets to me, I order the brisket, she tells me they’re out of brisket, yet she didn’t tell my dad that when he ordered the same thing I did. Nobody at the door told us they were out of brisket, would have been nice to know since that’s the only reason we went. Only 2 tables were occupied at 6pm, parking lot was empty, should have been a good indication to turn around but we tried anyway. Probably won’t do the Derby location ever again. Try it at your own risk.

I come here for lunch a few times a month. The service is always top notch! They provide plenty of drink refills and are super fast. They take the time to learn what you like and remember it for the next visit.
Was met with an unhappy worker that couldn't smile or greet us. Pointed to a corner to sit in away from others. Then ignored us for 15 minutes. People that came after us was warmly greeted, talked too and given drinks. I couldn't help but think since we were a younger couple then what was there, we were disrespected. Never will I go there again.
