Called in an order to the Oliver location. When I got to the restaurant that tried to gaslight me and tell me that there were no call-in orders placed in the last hour. That was a bold faced lie. 1/10 service, not impressed. I was ordering food for me and coworkers. Not cool, road runner. Please do better for future customers. I won’t be back.
Food’s great. Can’t trust when they will be open. They have a sign that says open 24 hours. They definitely are not open 24 hours.

I will ALWAYS love this place never disappoints the language barrier is a bit difficult but that's no one's fault ofc! Delicious and friendly Everytime!

Go in the morning around ten am on Monday-friday. Whoever cooks during that time always makes the best food!!!!!!! Amazing.

Road Runner Mexican Food on Maize has really tanked lately. Today I had 2 sides of rice on our order that was delivered by Beyond Menu. One side was missing. I contacted Beyond Menu for a refund. They had to contact the Road Runner store twice for approval and the store denied the refund both times. The Beyond Menu rep even told me that they cussed her out and yelled at her over it the 2nd time she called. They tried to blame the driver but the bag was tied enough times I had to rip the bag to get into it and the guy at Road Runner later confirmed with me over the phone that he tied it multiple times. I called the store directly and he tried to argue with me at first listing the items he allegedly placed in the bag. I’m like that’s the order but it wasn’t all there. He finally offered the rice if I came in or a cash refund after I told him that I knew about Beyond Menu getting cussed out and that I thought that was very poor customer service, but said he couldn’t refund it online. I’m like it was a $2 item. It’s the principal of the fact that they argued about it, cussed the Beyond Menu rep over it, and took 3 phone calls to resolve it. I had another bad experience a couple of weekends ago on a pick up order too that would be way more lengthy than this. Customer service is just getting worse anymore. 🤷♂️ Sorry had to vent.

Don't judge a book by it's cover. The food is great here. Supreme burrito is great, chimichanga is great, food is fresh, chips were crisp and tasty, overall great place to pick up mexican to go and support a local business. The prices used to be better than they are, but this is the economy we live in unfortunately. Expect to pay $20-$25 for two people to eat here. Recommended.

Today I ordered a Quesadlliea from the Road runner. I was told to try out this restaurant from a close friend.
I got home I saw how big it was and I couldn't wait to taste it. It a tortilla shell with Only chicken meat, no cheese, so lettuce, and no Sour cream. It tasted like can chicken. I called Road runner to ask if it was can chicken meet. And the manager hung up the phone when I asked her if it was can chicken. If it is not can chicken
then the chicken is over cooked or old. I've tried other things there, but their Quesadillea I'll never buy again.

If they could keep employees they learn them regular customers..the employee tonight was new and very unfriendly....I don't know why they can't keep people because normally I'd give an5 for my food and service but these new ones at best a 3...and they at dark at 9 they are ghost at 10..kèp the good ones you would get more business..these new people NOT PEOPLE FRIENDLY'
