Been awhile since I've had their sandwiches and desserts. I had the number 1 and the wife had the number 3, both of us were very hungry and thirsty. We ate our food then took home some cinnamon rolls and cookies. We'll be back soon to try their salads and other entree's!! Get the Mac and cheese instead of chips,it's the best tasting hands down!!!!

Third time's a charm, apparently just needed to go to the Derby location to get my order right on the first try. Unlike two of the Wichita locations where I had to go back because wrong order. They even offered a smaller version of the smoke cheesy sandwich, bread was moist and ingredients were spot on. Well done.
After a hiccup regarding delivery while ordering on the app, Rihanna went above and beyond to take care of me and see to it the issue was resolved and I was fed. It was refreshing to see this high level of customer service and kindness. Rihanna, you are appreciated!

We love Schlotzsky's. Never had a bad experience at one either. Food is always freshly made. Today we had the best experience. Sage gave options, always smiling and very nice, even checked on us midway through lunch to see if we liked everything. We come to Derby a lot and definitely will make this a stop everytime! Customer service can make a big difference, thank you!

Rhianna is the best! Most locations did not want to make the minibons fresh for me. Rhianna did no problem and texted me when they were ready. This is the only location I’ll order minibons from.
