The workers they hire are lazy with no accountability. They close down early and refuse to serve. I came at 8:30, they close at 9. Open sign on, worker inside… when i go around back to order, nobody answers the drivethru and another car and I are ignored.

I recently had a horrific experience involving manager Kayla and other random staff. I ordered my smoothie in person and waited for twenty minutes with nothing. I asked to speak to someone in charge for an explanation for the wait and was met with the demon that is named Kayla. She was very condescending, rude, and snotty. I never got my drink and ended up just leaving due to her behavior. I implore action is taken against her because I know friends who have visited this location as well with similar issues. DO NOT GO TO THIS SMOOTHIE KING!!!!

It took 15 minutes for them to hand us the drinks. The cups, 32 oz size, weren't filled up and we later discovered the bottom one third of the glass was ice crystals. They tasted watered down. It was a real gyp. We had smoothies.

So we went to smoothie king in derby cause we’ve never been there and it was closer to our house than the one down town. Last night my wife got sick and we believe it was from the smoothie she had because she didn’t have anything else after that. Just thought other people should know.

I was very impressed by the polite helpful service, first time going didn’t know what to get for my grand baby but the girl at register answered many questions with a genuine smile. I wish I knew her name, the other young woman was helpful as well. Smoothie both mine and my granddaughters were good. Thanks for serving me in such a great manner really made me feel welcomed . Good job

One star review due to management:Around Valentine's Day I went to buy a smoothie for one of my residents at the nursing home I work at. The store had a bowl with bags full of candy and coupons so I naturally took one. When I went in today to use the coupon the store manager kept scowling at me, and accused her employee of giving it to me; giving the employee a verbal warning. Every time I go in there with that manager present she is always extremely rude and, more often than not, verbally abusing employees.. I don't know why that woman is in a position of power.
This is a really great place, great costumer service, very friendly and fast, explains everything very well , will be sure to go back!

Customer service here is terrible. I ordered 2 smoothies at a $5 discounted promotional rate. When I was charged, the cost was much higher than expected. I asked about it and they claimed it was tax. After getting the receipt I noticed that I paid normal price instead of the discounted rate I was told. The employees wound up checking or calling the manager twice. After about 5min, I finally got a refund. Instead of just refunding the difference, they refunded everything and canceled my order. I was a bit shocked, as we had already waited a while for our smoothies. Businesses need to learn customer service if they expect to thrive.
