Foods usually always pretty good but when you order in the app and add stuff they don’t add it and they never NEVER give you you’re sauce!!
We have gone here several times because others said it was "the" Sonic to go to. Every time we went, the orders were wrong or the staff members on duty were unprofessional. This last incidence was it for us. I ordered 2 combo meals via the mobile app. I chose everything that was to go on the burgers so there would be no communication errors. Yet, one was wrong...it had cheese even though the receipt showed there was suppose to be no cheese and the second burger had a big long...read full review
Every time I go here my order gets brought out wrong. I've had one drink brought to me three times and was still wrong but I gave up and took what they gave me and left. I don't know how this happens on such a simple menu item. not like it was anything special ordered
