I've never had anything good at any Starbucks ever I think it's gross

I ordered a Venti Frappuccino and received a tall. They were busy and moving slow and after waiting 15 min I received the wrong size.
I placed a mobile order this morning and when I got back I realized there was an issue with my order (not going to get into it, things happen). I called the store and let them know of the issue and they were very kind and helpful and remade my order fresh for me. Mistakes happen, but knowing how to professionally handle those situations and treating your customers with kindness and respect is always appreciated. I appreciate your team and love ordering from this Starbucks!
P.S. my drink was REALLY good!!!

The employees at this locations window are almost always rude to us. We didn’t go for the longest time because of it, but thought we would give another shot after their renovation. Been twice now, and each time they were borderline mean to my kids picking up our order. Please coach your staff on customer service.

Ordered three drinks on the mobile app. They were apparently being lazy and just made all three drinks the exact same. DID NOT follow instructions. I had to drive 40 minutes just for them to screw up an easy order. I am a regular Starbucks customer. This location will not be visited by myself again. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Used to be a good place to get some studying done, but now the tables are small and not as many places to sit. Erasure of the third place!
Drinks are ALWAYS wayyyy to concentrated. Like to the point I can't ever finish it. I always have to drive to the Harry And rock location for a good drink made right. never get the chai or Matcha at this location.
