Stopped tonight in the drive thru, did my order and proceeded to the window. No one ever acknowledged I was there. A worker came by the window twice but didn't even look at me. No one was in the restaurant and no one else was in the drive thru. I waited roughly 10 minutes and then left. Poor service!!!!!

Terrible service! I did not get the discount due to an online issue. Explained my situation to the MANAGER and said he could do nothing about it. He "did not have the authority". Not even a $10 gift card to Make It Right! I will never go to this store again. #lostmybusiness

The male staff member that prepared my sandwiches was calm, courteous, and well mannered. However, the female individual was in a very inhospitable and caused a very tense experience. There was no teamwork from the second and it made for a very awkward and agitated experience. The interference in service affected the atmosphere and very seemed to postpone the service for customers in line after me.Good food, good primary service, but the overall comfort level was less than satisfying.

Parking: The parking area was tight for large vehicles and there were not very many. There was over shared flow parking available though.

Pulled into the drive through had to wait 25 minutes to get to the speaker to order, there where only 2 cars a head of me when we pulled in line. Then I was told to wait to order there were 3 people still a head of me, don't use their drive through they prioritize only people in store and were very short and flustered.

I asked for a wrap the employee made the wrap on a flatbread. I asked multiple times if they didn’t sell wraps anymore? Employees told me that they did not sell wraps anymore and this was their new thing and they laughed at us. Then once I got to the counter I asked again (after looking on the subway app if they didn’t sell wraps) they told me they did. Why would I ever go there again.

Ordered my food in drive thru, had to practically repeat myself for the ingredients for the subs. The subs already have their assigned veggies, why should I have to repeat them to the employee building the sandwich?? Ordered a #12, Turkey Cali Club, it has Avocado spread, lettuce, tomato and onions, and added cucumbers. I had to repeat everything I requested by the employee. I got home and found the Turkey Cali Club had very little Avocado, next to nothing!!!! How difficult is it to build a sandwich when there is no one else in the store or drive thru? And on top of that I gave a 15% tip, before checking my order. I tried to call but they wouldn't answer the phone. Oh well, I don't plan on returning to Subway for my dinners from now on. Goodcents is 8 miles further and waay better for making great sandwiches!!!!
