I had placed an app order for the basic build your own cravings box. Upon arrival, they notified me they were out of refried beans, nacho cheese, and a list of other items. I’m not sure how TB can operate without nacho cheese.

The tacos we bought yesterday at the Derby Rock Rd take out, those were the worst ever. Hardly anything in them. Was very disappointed.

Went after church, the guy at the window was nice and personable. Ordered a burrito that comes with a hard taco. Got home, and it appears that someone pulverized the taco as it was in about 10 different pieces, and the burrito was skimpy and ice cold.

Came in for a carry out at 6:58 pm, placed my order as well as my in-laws orders on the self serve kiosk. By 7:30 everyone finally got their food but turns out it was all wrong. The some how “lost” my mother in laws food. So had to wait another 10 mins for that. Fries were missing , sour cream and tomato’s were added when asked for them to be removed.
Just an awful experience.
After all said and done as we were loading into the car to leave they had come to lock the doors at 7:38pm. How is that remotely okay! Very disappointing.

Stopped by drive through for drink after tiring morning shopping about 1pm young man said don't worry about paying, he had it as pre Thanksgiving treat 🤗 so kind, much needed kindness

I know fast food is supposed to be “fast” but the quality of the food should still be there. If im paying money for food i should at the bare minimum get the food. Instead i got two double stacked tacos with meat on only one half of the taco and my food thrown in the bag and spilled all inside. Used to like this taco bell but the night shift employees have progressively gotten worse.

Moved to derby about 5 months ago.I love taco bell and eat it regularly for lunch.Iv been to rock road location about 5 times during lunch hours.The food is simply horrible.Ask for Xtra Sour team for instance 3 out 5 times there was none.Each time Iv stopped it's been worse and worse.Just payed 7$ for cantina chicken burrito and kid you not it was 30% purple cabbage lettuce and cheese with about 4 little pieces of hard dried out chicken.Each time Iv been there it's been similar experiences.Whoever puts food together during lunch has habit of running out of low on any given ingredients and instead of filling it up they leave it off all together or you get tiny amount of very old product.Have had similar experience every visit . chicken and rice on items is usually hard as gravel.EXTREMELY poor attention to detail by workers and ownership for allowing it to continue so long IV eaten at basically every taco bell in Sedgwick and Butler county
and hands down it's only one that seems to be guaranteed poor quality and just lack of caring Iv MAYBY ever seen in my 49 yrs on this earth.Im done I gave them repeated chances and it litterally seems like it gets worse each visit.WTH Derby residents deserve better!IV noticed almost every good review is generic 1 sentence reviews.Its clearly fake reviews added by ownership to counter legit reviews.

I ordered 4 cantina chicken crispy tacos and a burrito for me and my bf. When we opened the tacos there was no cheese on the outside of them they just looked like normal hard tacos. I called the store and the lady who greeted me was extremely rude about it and was trying to argue with me about the cheese being on it when I was looking right at them. Then she proceeded to say “what do you want me to do about it?”. I then asked for a remake or a refund and was denied a refund. I didn’t even want to go up to talk to them about it because of how rude the service was on the phone.
