Third time that I've ordered a pickup for it to be wrong. They forgot items and gave me something completely different. I ordered at like 4:30, it's not like they're too busy to get it right. How does a spicy potato taco come out to be a wimpy looking cheesy roll up AND you forget other items? I know working fast food sucks, but just make sure the order is right.Things are too expensive these days for it to be wrong.

This is solidly the worst Taco Bell of all time, card reader never works (at least I’ve been told that 4 times this month)

Forgets my food half the time, am I just making donations to Taco Bell.

Some of the workers are super nice others are rude as hell.

Taco Bell fix this franchise, obviously management needs a change.

The fast food market has been struggling for years and I’m praying this store is either fixed or the next one in the Wichita and surrounding area to close down.

The big ole black girl that works later in the evening (I was there at 915pm on Sunday October 12th), she was working drive thru.. She acts miserable like she hates her job and has an attitude, so I gave her attitude back. Treat people how you wanna be treated.. and Taco Bell… do better!

I will no longer be going to this Taco Bell, the people there are too busy joking around, on their phones, and flirting with each other, and cannot get an order right for the life of them, it is my final time going to this location. Management should get better control of their employees, double check (or just actually correctly read) orders. The incompetence at this location is truly stunning!!! Cold food, wrong orders, rude staff, it is always something at this location, particularly the night shift.

Been to this location three times. Each time I went the food was prepared sloppy by being halfway out of the wrap, or the food was wet and soggy or the food was lukewarm. I contacted Taco Bell via the app and nobody ever reached out. Therefore Taco Bell has lost any respect I had for their concerns.

First we had a hell of a time ordering seemed like they didn’t even know what was on the menu.. we ordered two sets of nachos and 4 bean and cheese burritos with no sauce or onions.. the nachos tasted like they dumped a whole bottle of salt on we couldn’t even eat them they were to salty. The burritos were covered in red sauce so my son wouldn’t eat them.. a waste of money and time. Then we still had to figure out something else to eat. This Taco Bell has gone down hill so fast. Wouldn’t recommend.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. 9 times out of 10 our food is made wrong. I’ve also wasted a lot of time and money driving back and fourth because they left out stuff or made it all wrong. They are just notorious for messing up your food constantly and it’s annoying. I know it’s not just me because it happens when my boyfriend goes there too. They are awful! Maybe you guys need to invest in a food expeditor position to check bags and food because this is nonsense!

I had placed an app order for the basic build your own cravings box. Upon arrival, they notified me they were out of refried beans, nacho cheese, and a list of other items. I’m not sure how TB can operate without nacho cheese.
