I love Wendy's chili, & it's the perfect time of year for chili, so I highly recommend their chili. Sometimes I'll get a ground beef & bean burrito someplace & go to Wendy's to get their chili, then go home, combine the two to make a chili-covered burrito, & put my own shredded cheddar cheese (& maybe sour cream) on top. Yuummm.

OLD REVIEW.... They bent over backwards for my order today!!! The store is still under some types of construction so be patient with them. I can see by the latest one star review there are struggles.
I could tell today they were working very, very hard, and if us as customers can offer a smile, it'll make ALL the difference ... truly. Offer a smile and patience, they will respond with great service. If you're awful to them, well we've all been there working hard and some days simply feel like Mondays.
If you (1 star reviewer) are so perfect, and never make mistakes, pleeeeeease share your secret with the world! Because I am clumsy, scatterbrained, and I make mistakes DAILY, let me tell you!!!!! 😇 those who love me are humble and gentle.

The lobby fills like a ice box, especially when it's 35 degrees outside and they dont belive in heat to make there costumers happy. With it being so cold in the restaurant your food is cold when you get it from the counter its ice cold by time you even get it finished. There food isn't priced right .

We waited like 20 minutes, we were missing a large fry and all the other fries we did get were old. The pop machine I think needs cleaned or fixed it tastes disgusting every time we go. So we spent a lot for missing and cold food. Long wait time for being the only one in line and I’m still hungry..

Got a single and double cheeseburger, both raw in the middle. The patties had no sear and looked barely cooked, a microwave would’ve done better. Really disappointing and concerning how that even made it out of the kitchen. If it happens again, I’ll be there when the manager that night gets off to make sure it gets addressed face-to-face.

I came through the drive-thru around lunch time a couple days ago and the customer service is absolutely awful. The employee at the window was this very rude girl named Alyssa. She definitely did not care about my order and did not care if the food was good or not! This store has really gone downhill recently and if this is their boss!? Who knows how much worse it’s gonna get. Someone needs to fire that woman and get her replaced because she obviously doesn’t wanna be there and she makes sure every customer that comes through knows it. 0/10 I will tell everyone I know don’t come here

Daughter and I are here at 11am on the way to a Kansas soccer tournament. 2hrs later I was throwing and she had diarrhea so bad she couldn’t play. Stay away!
