I just left Wendy's, I ordered a ghost pepper sandwhich, chicken is not even lukewarm, top bun is cold, cheese isn't melted or even close to being melted my, my wrapper was cold when I picked it up. Along with my fries. They dropped them back in the grease you can tell the difference when eating your fries, the only person that did their job was the girl at the window. I encourage people definitely check your food before driving off.

This is a Wendy's that is very poorly run. I have received the wrong order several times. I have emailed the corporate offices and received refunds, but there seems to be no change in service. It's not good, be aware of that.

No one in the store, no one in the drive thru, place looked empty, ordered 6 chicken nuggets and a large chocolate frosty. The nuggets were lukewarm from sitting under a heat lamp and the frosty felt very light,,,,because it was melted!!!! Nothing more than a cold milk drink!!!! Not worth eating and drinking!! Is this what Wendy's considers as edible takeout, I think not. Called the manager, he was polite and tried to make things right, but I live 15 miles away and it's not worth repeating the experience!!! Better luck next time Derby Wendy's!!!
Today I placed an order online, when I showed up to the window 10 minutes after placing they parked me. I waited at their cones for over 30 minutes. When the food was brought out it was all cold, nothing hot. I watched five cars get their food and drive away. When the worker came out (an older Hispanic lady) I told her I didn't think I got straws, I proceeded to check the bag and relayed that yes I hadn’t gotten straws in to which she screamed at me “I heard you the first time”. Worst experience, horrible attitude. There is no reason why I should have waited 30+ minutes for cold food.

Had Wendy's 10 piece nuggets and a pineapple ? mango ? Frosty ?. All was good. Hubby had a single pattie burger ?. He states it was very good.
Ordered through drive thru around 10 pm. The girl at the window was pretty, very friendly. She was also patient with me my card declined and i checked my account real quick and I told her I’ll try again but instead I was able to pay with Apple Pay with the same card and it went through. I ordered a cheese burger the meat was not warm it seemed like it was made hours ago and it was pulled off another burger and put on a new bun. I’ve had a long day I’m usually in bed by 9. This is a reminder good food is during daytime hours only. And stick to my usual chili with cheese and onions lol

Went in for ice cream with the grandkids. The staff was playing around in the kitchen. The place was freezing. I ordered 20 nuggets for my grandkids to share and only received 16.
