Kate's is a local hangout with character and a local gem, serving delicious biscuits and gravy, omelettes, and tacos. One taco is plenty for a meal. A cool spot away from chain restaurants, it offers a unique experience with friendly service and great food. It is a great place to grab a beer or Pepsi and mingle with locals. The portions are awesome and the prices are reasonable. Note that it's more of a bar atmosphere and may not be the most glamorous diner.
