“Our visit to Boot Hill Distillery occured November 28, 2025.
We had booked the Distillery tour and it was informative and dare I say even educational. Our guide was knowledgeable about the spirits and the history of the building itself.
The Distillery has a good selection of drinking options (Remember - drink responsibly) and the atmosphere had an industrial yet sophisticated vibe to it. There are areas both upstairs and downstairs that offer a slightly different menu.
It is a very clean facility overall and my family had a pleasant visit. Cheers.“

“We were weary travelers when we stopped for dinner at this restaurant and we were so glad that we did. The food was incredible. I tried something new: Beetroot fettucine and wowee! So delicious! My husband had the smoked bacon meatloaf and another wow! Our server, Louis, was friendly, and wonderfully helpful and attentive. If you're in the area, definitely go there.“

“Had a fun time at Osaki in Hays for lunch! Nice big restaurant with ambient lighting and a very fresh menu. We have the chicken teriyaki bento and the hibachi chicken lunch with soup on the side. This was my first time having a bento presentation and it was super fun and enjoyable with fresh ginger and wasabi paste. I also tried yum yum sauce for the first time. It was a nice sweet flavor. I also tried the strawberry soda which was very good. Our server was very nice and attentive and we will definitely go again! They have an ample parking as well.“

“I’m not exactly sure why this place isn’t getting higher reviews because holy hell it’s one of the best places to go if you want authentic Mexican food.
All the food was fresh and full of flavor. It honestly felt like there was a team of abuelas in back making it all. I had the three tacos… lengua, al pastor, and asada. We also had chicken flautas. So not only did the main dishes win in satiating appetite but the queso fresco was really fresco. Even the beans and rice by themselves were perfect.
Inside overall it was a fun place. The atmosphere was nice. The place is clean and well tended. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
I’m giving this place five stars because I’m definitely going to eat here again and Dodge City from what we experienced wasn’t all that great but it’s worth going out of your way to eat here.“
