Th general manager with no teeth is the rudest person I’ve ever met in the fast food industry , I got charged for my order and never received a refund or food. I’m from Edwardsville and will never to back to this location. She even tried to get me trespassed after yelling at me lol

The reason I don't use this location all the time is because I know the poor lonely one person working behind the counter is getting their ass whooped the whole time by working by themself. It takes too long so I buy subs elsewhere. It's not the person workings fault. It's the store owners fault. Think of how each person or truck driver that comes in thinks when they know this is not a quick option and how much buisness you loose because of your buisness choices. Your shop may be not pulling enough income for you to staff this location because people don't want to wait 30 min for their subs. The people work their butt off here so its not their fault. Sad that you count on one underpaid person to keep the doors open. Just my opinion.
Worst subway I've ever been to. Go in at 9:44 am. A lady comes from the back room, all nasty like she on drugs.... I ain't go no bread.. I ain't got no bread for about 45 minutes... Okay? Show up late? How does a sub shop have no bread. These high paid employees out here loosing sales

Took a minute to get the sandwich made but the girl made sure it was made right. The bread was baked perfectly and the meat tasted very fresh. As a trucker I rarely find good subways and this one was great.
Parking: Limited semi truck parking, it’s $15 a night. If you park for an hour during the day they usually don’t complain
